My fuzzy green sweater is perfect! Makes me happy every time I wear it

House of Sunny is my favourite brand. The quality of the clothing is impeccable. The customer service is second to none - I even received a phone call from them when an item I ordered was out of stock in my size and was given alternative options. Delivery is always prompt. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Honestly the best customer experience! I had some issues where I needed to change my address and wanted to swap items etc (basically being really annoying) and they dealt with is so well and so quickly.

I’ve been buying from house of sunny for about three years and I’ve never had a bad experience. All items have arrived within 48 hours of purchase (except for pre-order) and the customer service has always been amazing! All the clothes have been really good quality and have lasted well after a lot of use.

I’ve ordered from HoS many times and always been so impressed by their service, the quality of everything and its brand values too!

I am on a spending ban at the moment but can’t wait to shop again!

I’ve ordered from house of sunny 4 times now. I do really like their preorder system and they do keep me in the loop whenever I order! They also got brilliant customer service. I have loved my daytripper cardigan, island Peggy and my Jessie denims and they make me feel so good. The quality is also brilliant, I order from a lot of ‘Instagram’ brands and they’ve been one of the best quality ones. One my only critiques is if you have any form of b0*bs you have to size up so much for tops. In their trousers I’m UK size 8 but then it comes to their cardigans and even UK size 12 is a bit small for me!

I ordered an item yesterday, and it came today (I live in Norway:-) Excellent service (love the chat). The size I needed was sold out, but the person behind the chat fixed that by finding one i the store for me. I am so gonna order here again:-)

Like everyone else, I had fallen in love with the Hockney dress and I really wanted to wear it for my birthday. However it was pre order only, so me being super cheeky messaged the brand to see if I could get express shipping, but much to my surprise they messaged me back immediately and sorted me out with one with complimentary delivery too !!! They also guided me through the online shopping process and the beautiful dress came the next day !!! Completely in love with my dress and it makes me 10000 times happier wearing it when I know I’m supporting a growing brand that truly cares about ALL customers !!!

I had an issue with my order, so I messaged them on Instagram and then their support email, they helped me through the issue and ensured I was updated about what they were doing and how long the process would take.

Cancelled an order and it was confirmed my refund would be processed by House of Sunny. The refund never came through and when I emailed about it, they said the item had already shipped and couldn't refund! The items they did refund weren't in full and shipping wasn't refunded for items that hadn't been set yet.

Bad experience and the clothes haven't even arrived yet. Choose Paloma Wool, Palo Santo Studios, Jaded London or even Agolde instead!

I am so disappointed from start to finish. I ordered a jumper on pre-order and it arrived over a month later than the original quoted time frame. Then when it arrived it was faulty - all of the button loops attaching the fluffy collar broke, so the collar can no longer be attached to the cardigan, and one of the fluffy cuffs kept falling off. On closer inspection I noticed a hole next to the button loop and the button loop itself was too big for the button. I haven't even warn the cardigan. I have contacted HOS about 6 times with no response from their customer care team. The only response I have received is from their social media team who can only tell me that they have forwarded my messages on to their team. I know my emails were received because I got an automated acknowledgment email saying they would respond within 48 hours. That was weeks ago and I have still not heard anything.

Cute designs, customer service was ok (took a few days to reply to my email about my order). I ordered a knitted jumper and cardigan on pre-order, they arrived within the given timeframe which was great. However, I’m not that impressed by the quality. Unfortunately the yarn on both tops bobbled significantly after a few wears. I’ve not even washed them yet and they already look like well-worn jumpers that look more like they’re a few years old. Sadly I wouldn’t buy from again as I prefer my clothes to last longer than a week, even though the designs are really cute!

I had a really great experience. I wanted to swap my cardigan for a different size and I spoke with a girl called Honor who was super friendly and helpful!
Would definitely recommend!
