Amazingly fast shipping! I ordered a blue dress right around the holidays, expecting it not to come for a while. It came to the east coast USA in a matter of days, much faster than the clothes I buy domestically. And of course, my dress was gorgeous. I’m always waiting to see what this brand will drop next :(

When I saw that a couple of items I had been looking at getting for a while were in the sale I was so excited and immediately ordered a dress and a sweater with next day delivery. A week later and I'd had no contact from HoS so emailed their customer service team. Eventually they replied to say the dress was no longer in stock did I want to pick another one. I then asked about the rest of my order. Because the dress was out of stock they had reallocated the rest of my order and so it was no longer available. Why did I have to email them to find this out? If I hadn't emailed were they just going to keep my money and send me nothing? Poor communication, really unhappy. Will never shop on their website again.

I was so impressed with the service from House of Sunny. I ordered a dress much later than I had intended, sent a pleading email and lo and behold the dress arrived next day. Given that this was Christmas Eve so a day later would have meant no present for my daughter it was very welcome. The tone and manner of their correspondence was all great - for which thank you Edward. I would definitely buy from them again.

Waiting for my refund since months!!
I'm getting Mails sometimes asking me if i still want to get the stuff and I am always answering that i want to get my refund and then they tell me it is on it's way, but it is not!!

I spotted one of their sweaters on IG and I immediately became a fan. I sent them a message asking about sizing and they replied pretty quickly, even considering the time difference since I’m in the U.S. I was super pleased to receive my order via DHL in less than 5 days from my order. Everything was packed great and in a biodegradable packaging— now about their merch : Can I say love at first sight ? Wonderful materials and workmanship and the most incredible prints.
I’m placing another order today.
Highly recommended !!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and overall service 0/10.

After not giving my parcel to DPD then trying to blame DPD instead of taking any accountability, I had to wait over 2 hours on "live chat" if you can call it that and then reach out via Instagram before I even got a reply. Due to their "false" advertising of next day delivery, my sisters birthday present failed to arrive and the birthday was missed. They sell themselves as a fair company but I see nothing fair in how they treat their customers.

All I got was a "sorry", which for a company that majorly messed up seems very basic.

Basically do not believe anything they say:

"sent" = done nothing
"live chat" = no response
"next day delivery" = not sent

I hope this review makes them rethink how they deal with their customers and how they deal with sending packages.

I will never be buying again, not worth the stress they make you take on to find out where your own package is.

I was buying a cardigan for my girlfriend and was at first late for the free international shipping and was unsure about the size. Even though I was not in the free shipping window they promised me they would issue a shipping refund and helped me extensively with sizing and comparing to older models.
I wish to personally thank the support team for their help. They made the shopping experience amazing and stress-free.

Really easy breezy shopping experience, I love the knitted dress, it fits beautifully and makes me feel like amazing! There was a bit of dirt/stains on it when it arrived which is why I can't give it a full 5 but thankfully, the stain came right off after a wash.

Absolutely adore my new Swan Lake Vest from House of Sunny. The quality is wonderful and is even softer than wool on the skin. So comfortable and beautiful and a unique statement piece! I will definitely shop at HOS again and I’m very happy with my purchase!

I have received the wrong order and i tried contacting the customer service for almost a week now but they’re not responding.

Unresponsive customer service, no shipping information, inaccurate estimate for delivery

The best customer service I have ever received. Noticed a stain on my trousers a while after I purchased them. Hadn’t worn them yet and explained this in my message to them. They gave me a full refund and sent a new pair of trousers free of charge. This combined with the amazing quality and beautiful designs means I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Really appreciated how much they care for their customers.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal and incredibly rude. I had no issue waiting a few months for pre order (even when it was meant to be delivered in August and it arrived in September) but decided I wanted to return the item. They claim refunds are processed within 14 days so when it got to 16 days I emailed customer service. They replied in an incredibly rude way to say there’s no need to chase as they’re busy. I think it’s very reasonable to question this when it’s over the specified days and it was a very expensive item that I specially paid tracked delivery for. Never going to order from here again and highly recommend no one else does either.

Ordered a coat for pre-order, and of course, it took many months to come, but I just sort of accepted that this is the pre-order process. It just arrived yesterday and I am in love with it! Amazing quality, perfect for the upcoming season, and well worth the wait!

Fast and efficient service. Had trouble with border customs my side who returned my item without my knowledge. Was notified of this by houseofsunny and was fully reimbursed a few days later. Thank you

I ordered an item that was on pre order. When it finally shipped mid august the package has been stuck back and forth in delivery through their courier for 3 weeks now. I can’t change anything about the delivery unless the sender aka House of Sunny does it themselves. They have little to no customer service. I contacted them on Instagram and they asked for my order number and then didn’t reply for days. They don’t reply on their online chat so I guess it’s really not worth ordering from their website. My parcels still stuck with the courier and house of sunny isn't responding either!!

Beautiful clothing, sustainable and comfortable materials! The customer support team was very helpful when I had to exchange a product for a different size

EDIT (09-03-2021): They've processed a new order and are investigating the address mixup. Changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because they were able to find a solution (after a week). However, I still stand by my statement that if you would like to order, it is better to buy from their retail partners.

I preordered their Cypress Hockney dress last February. Product page says they'll dispatch on August. Mid-August I asked for an update on deliveries. On August 16 (UTC +8:00), a House of Sunny team member replied to my website chat inquiry that dispatch would be on August 16-20. I don't receive an email or update during this time. On August 23, I sent a DM on their Instagram page, which they then replied that dispatch was "this week". I wait, and on August 26, I get an email from DHL— but from DHL Thailand! Which is a completely different country from my address. The DHL Thailand website does not allow me to change the address due to their customs policy so I contact the HOS team. I attach screenshots to the address I gave in a confirmation email from last February along with the DHL email I received. They asked me if I had ever updated my address with them and I tell them no, and re-attach the email where my address can be seen. I also point out that the address they shipped out to was in a different country. Currently in a back and forth with customer service reps about this. If you want to buy from them, I suggest not to order from them directly because their after-sales service is useless. I thought pre-ordering would save me much of the hassle, but it turns out the team behind the scenes can't even get customer and order information correct.
