Brought a Central Cee pink jersey, reserved a black cheap t shirt, sent emails no one has got back to me , scammed

Bought a fontaines dc t shirt as a gift for someone , was supposed to be shipped 11th nov . Nothing has happened sent email that went ignored so opened paypal claim

I ordered luck and strange, david gilmours new album. It has been over 1 week and I have not received it. It appears they refuse to make contact, I've emailed them numerous times and they keep issuing 'ticket' numbers , I have had 3 since Wednesday and no one has bothered to contact me.
A rip-off seller

Just had my first facial derma filler with Jennifer. I am so pleased. She is amazing at what she does. Kept me informed of everything so professional but also such a friendly person ( as are all the staff). I was a little nervous but all my nerves eased as soon as i spoke with her throughout my appointment. I would recommed the house of rose and co to everyone. It sure is the best place i have been for beauty and aesthetics treatments.I am over the moon with instant results and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Please can you respond to my email and whatsapp messages regarding my order? #3692 - I have ordered a Red bear, but you have sent me a pink bear. The display box is also damaged. Thank you.

House of Roses responded via WhatsApp and offered me a different rose bear as the one I originally ordered was out of stock. They were helpful and very accommodating and sent me a new bear, which arrived a few days later. The bear and box were in perfect condition. Lovely product, satisfied with how the issue was handled and the outcome was great. Thank you House of Roses.

Ordered an eternal Rose on the 4th of April and requested 26th of April for my mum’s birthday. Even with several weeks the item didn’t arrive on requested date. I emailed the company to ask about the delay with no response. Won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend them if you want your product to arrive on time.
Also I’ve ordered flowers from two other companies and they arrived on time without the weeks notice too!

I recieved my Rose Bear a few months ago with an order I made and wow can I just say their quality and customer service is amazing, will definately be ordering again soon.

Ordered a Rose Bear with next day delivery. I needed it ASAP and got it the same day!! House of Roses sent someone out to hand deliver the item and made it extra special with a few extra goodies! They know how to look after their customers. Already placed another order with them, and not been dissapointed once again. Amazing.

After adding an item to my basket it gave me an option for a £5 add on. After adding this to my basket I paid and then the item disappeared on emails but on confirmation of my order it was there. The item never showed up. I am beyond disgusted as this is completely unacceptable. I will never be ordering from here again.

I receive I size smaller than what I had ordered before and what I ordered at the time.

This is the second time I have used house of roses and each time has been perfect. Delivery has always been on time and the quality is brilliant. Highly recommend
