Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I was recommended House of Hounds to help my puppy, Ivy, regain strength and movement in her leg after having a splint removed. She had suffered a hairline fracture, and because she was growing so quickly, her muscles and tendons needed extra support. She also had to learn how to use all four legs properly again.
I honestly cannot thank the team enough for everything they did for Ivy. With their help through laser therapy, hydrotherapy and physiotherapy, the difference in her after just one month was truly incredible.
Alongside her hydrotherapy sessions, I was given exercises to continue at home and lots of advice on how I could support her recovery between appointments. Ivy was not always the easiest puppy to work with — she is highly independent, does not particularly enjoy staying still and very much likes to do things on her own terms! The team were absolutely fantastic with her throughout.
Adele’s communication could not have been better. She was always so lovely and welcoming and did everything she could to arrange appointments at times that worked for us. Sammy’s patience, support and knowledge helped me immensely. Victoria is incredibly knowledgeable too, and hearing what she notices when assessing the way a dog moves has genuinely made me look at all of my own dogs with a fresh eye.
When Ivy’s splint was first removed, I was heartbroken. Her leg looked so straight and stiff, and I worried that she may never regain normal movement in it. To now see her walking, running, jumping and even becoming a strong swimmer who uses all four legs properly is something I struggle to put into words. The transformation has been amazing.
I am genuinely going to miss taking Ivy to her sessions at House of Hounds.
The experience has also made me much more aware of how my other dogs move, particularly my older dogs. If I ever notice changes in them and, with our vet’s recommendation, feel they could benefit from extra support, I would happily take them to House of Hounds to help them stay comfortable, mobile and live their best lives.
Thank you so much to the whole team for everything you have done for Ivy. ❤️
