Stunning candles, like ocean waves
I ordered these candles on June 17. Unfortunately, the first parcel was lost in transit, but Divya was always very kind, helpful, and prompt in her replies. She asked me to wait until July 20 and, when nothing had arrived by then, she immediately kept her promise and sent a replacement, this time with DHL and full tracking.
The candles arrived today and they are truly stunning—among the most beautiful I have ever seen or owned. They were packaged with exceptional care and perfectly protected. Divya also included a small gift to make up for the inconvenience, even though the loss of the first parcel was certainly not her fault.
I am extremely satisfied both with the outstanding quality of the candles and with the professionalism and kindness shown throughout the whole situation. I wholeheartedly recommend House of Dhara.
