House of CB is a wonderful brand! Shipping is so quick and the customer service is 10 out of 10 no matter what the team is so helpful and so generous they are willing to sit here and help you no matter what the situation is and their responses is so quick just like their shipping. This brand has been a personal favorite of mine for years and I am obsessed. The material of every single piece is amazing and their outfits to hug you to make you look not only beautiful, but also sexy in a classy way love this brand.

Packet arrived, wrong dress in side. Made send numerous pics to prove, then told me to send back at my own cost?!
I have no dress for mu event at this point.
Next the make me fill out a form stating my dress was not in the packet, ie blaming the courier company. It’s not their issue some idiot in the warehouse picked the wrong item.
No responses then for 4 days.
Then told today at my own cost.
I’ll never order from this company again, what a joke. zero customer care

I have had the most horrible experience of returning my dresses to the Spain location. I ordered 2 dresses to try for my graduation, both of which too small, so I returned them the same day and ordered the larger size of the dress I liked. I went to my local courier PostNL and paid the most expensive delivery tariff with tracking and insurance, as was advised by the return policy. I did everything right according to the returns policy. However, upon delivery there was no one there to accept my package, the delivery company made two attempts within 3 weeks of the package just sitting at the Spanish posting facility, and it keeps getting ‘refused by adressee’, as my tracking information says. House of CB keeps assuring that they don’t refuse deliveries. So, the delivery companies started an internal investigation, and the result is that the House of CB does in fact refuse to accept it/ is not there to accept the package. The package is now coming back to me and I’m supposed to pay the €25-€30 again to return it while probably going through the exact same thing again. This has now been going on for weeks, with extensive efforts to resolve this from my side. Unfortunately it is not taken seriously enough from House of CB’s. I have for example been asking them for other return options, because this will definitely happen again if I resend it to Spain. I have for the past weeks been thinking proactively in resolving the matter - sending emails back and forth with the delivery company and house of CB. Don’t even bother asking for any compensation. It has made me stress out so much thinking about the financial and emotional burden and how much energy it is taking me to resolve this matter all by myself, even though it is House of CB’s problem to solve. They have a very passive and improvident approach to resolving issues. My advice is, even though their dresses seem nice, don’t buy House of CB if ordering online. Not worth the stress, anxiety and financial blow if you have to return something, which with their ‘not our problem’-approach will make sure is completely your own issue with a financial dent of more than €1000 to get just one dress in the end, which due to all the stress could not even be fully enjoyed while wearing it.

Great service, I had ordered a dress for next day delivery for a wedding and was worried when the courier said it wouldn’t be here till Monday! I contacted house of CB and they responded within 5 minutes and contacted the courier, my dress arrived first thing Saturday morning and is beautiful! Thanks again, staff are amazing xx
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Illegal returns policy. They will refuse your return and keep your money even if the sizes are miles out the quality is poor or the dress looks nothing like the photos. Use your credit card or debit card charge back system. Never accept their illegal returns policy. Banks cannot refuse the chargeback even though they dont like trying.

Basically the dress never came. My first order with them. I sent it to a relatives house who shops from them and as a thank u I got something for her. Since I’m out of state my mother who doesn’t know English how to read or speak .. by accident sent them back a wrong item which is what I thought they had sent. Turns out the actual delivery was never made because the carrier decided to sign himself instead of waiting. I keep trying to explain to them that ups has told me to tell merchant to reach out n file claim but they’ve stated to ignore me. I’m shocked at the u professionalism. My last resort is to reach out to high authorities or my bank n show the evidence of the back n forth n how they ghosted me

So like I said I have never placed an order with u personally. So stop saying I ordered something previously. I even sent my ID to you to prove that ! I sent the order as thank you to the person who does shop with u all the time .. is that hard to understand ? So yes by accident an old order was returned because I myself am not there to check things. That’s why I said accidentally sent something back which we weren’t suppose to. Next I got the return address from that same relative .. not from any delivery that came. There I did receive the item back from you and yes the ribbon is missing but there’s no sign of wear or “soil” I can even take photos now and send. I was saying that the delivery needed signature which we didn’t know n hence my mom thought that skirt is what came maybe someone from the house received it and opened it. When we saw it needed signature we realized no one came asking for signature. We also have a video camera that can prove this.
I’m honestly just hurt n disappointed. This was suppose to be a surprise for my relative for helping us since I know she loves house of cb and has ordered from them a lot .. with the rudeness u guys talk to customers I see why the review is so low. You guys accuse n blame customers not thinking we are human n just money machine .. why would i use my money to sent an item back especially if I had personally ordered it before ? Why go through any of that I could’ve just said I didn’t get the item to begin with ! Please use your brain

I had ordered 4 items but only received 3, and after going back and forth over email they made me sign a form, and then after, they refuse to help me and say it was all delivered! A waste of time and very poor service and I will now have to take it further with my bank, I can't believe they treat their customers this way and I will not shop here again. Be very mindful when ordering and take photos of parcel at the door if you can, I wish I had done that.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered with a brand. I debated coming online about this but I feel like I should warn people. Literal scammers. I had ordered a dress for a wedding but plans changed and I wasn’t going anymore. I followed each step of the return policy (literally returned it the day after I received it) went to fedex and it shipped off. About a week later I had heard nothing from anyone, so I emailed them. They got back to me but said they hadn’t received it. I went back to fedex and they said it had been signed off at their warehouse by someone named H. Hector. I emailed House of Cb again, again and again trying to get an update on my return. They told me my order never came and told me I had to open an investigation which was insane. I did my part returning it and that was on them to figure it out. They refused me a refund on a $300 dress. Mind you I am not rich, I work full time and support myself. Luckily my bank reimbursed me, but the lack of communication and blame that was put on me was quite devastating. I had to go to FedEx over 4 times to get every single transaction that package made TO THEIR WAREHOUSE to try and prove to this company I made the return and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I talked to a Paul, Jazmin, Lanna and Erika, so if you get any of them to help you out, I wish you the best of luck in the world they didn’t do shit.

If I could give this company a negative 1 - I would. Ordered a dress that was not even close to what was portrayed on the website. Paid extra for shipping to get it for my daughters grad event. Asked for complimentary shipping for the return due to such a poor representation of the product. Was asked to give half a dozen photos in different lighting, a picture of the wash tag, the tag etc etc - they played around with me, wasted my time, to say they would not pay for shipping in the end despite how obvious my clear we received a pink dress that portrayed as off white. They would not let me speak to a manager either. To add to the fact that they employ slave labour in the Philippines and have only large breasted perfect models to display there product, and sell their overly priced polyester dresses, don’t waste your time with this company.

I had a great experience with House of CB! The customer service was super helpful and friendly, and my order arrived beautifully packaged. The quality of the clothing is amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!
I precisely followed the return process and even paid €30 for the return. There was no one at the location in Spain to accept the package, so it sat at the pickup location for two weeks. The support team was informed several times, but nothing was done, the holding period expired, and the parcel is now shipped back to me.
I already paid a lot of money, haven’t received any refund yet, and am now stuck with dresses I absolutely do not want. This experience has been incredibly disappointing — I will never order from House of CB again.
Update: tried to send it back the second time with another courier service. Now the address given by House of CB is incorrect and the parcel cannot be delivered again.
Update 2: My parcel is now stuck in spain, the courier demands a spanish phone number, which i don’t have. I paid a lot of money for something i will most likely never get back!

Items arrived, awful quality, creased, colours look nothing like the pictures and I felt gross trying them on! Please save your money, they have no right to be charging this much for the disgusting quality
Edit since I cannot reply directly: noted the response focuses only on the part where I mentioned creasing - I wouldn’t have mentioned this in the first place if it was minimal, but I order online all the time and the clothes never arrive this disheveled. I’ve never received clothes in this poor condition that feel like someone wore them to a 24 hour rave and then it was packaged up and sent to me.

I purchased a dress for a charity ball and within 1 hour, I had a gaping hole at the back of my £200 dress which was clearly from faulty fabric. The customer service is absolutely awful, they actually won’t let me exchange my dress or refund anything. I have pictures where you can clearly see there’s a manufacturing fault with the stitching to come undone… DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I will never buy anything from house of CB ever again after this experience.
