Product quality good. Customer service quick to respond, willing to help but not so able to help.

Bought Hawkeshead canopy and assembly fixings kit in 2023 for new project.
Assembly kit had around half of screws & caps missing. Missing bits were supplied after phone call.
Got around to erecting canopy in Nov. 2025. Instructions were found to be for a different canopy and didn't quite match the Hawkshead model I had. Phoned to ask for more precise drawings of assembly and something new was provided but this was quite useless.
Good assembly instructions are so simple to create for such products but some suppliers seem unwilling to provide update them. It lets down this company.

Great company placed my order of a canopy over the phone which was so easier than ordering on line .Very professional staff .Once ordered I expected to wait at least three weeks for delivery was delighted when it turned up in five working days .Very well packaged by a delightful delivery driver.Would highly recommend House of Canopies definately 5 stars .

My canopy was delivered today. The delivery guy was lovely and brought it round to my garage without any problem . ( A previous company refused to so I cancelled my order). This company was the only one that had a canopy in the size that I needed. My house is around 100 years old and has an odd size of door frontage. 1780mm fitted perfectly. Delivery was excellent - next day in my case, I was pleasantly surprised.
My builders said that it was dead easy to fit, with the template making the job quick to set up.
It looks gorgeous and very chic (CURVED POLYCARBONATE DOOR CANOPY TYPE: A)
