I agree with Weisbein's review
Generic email in early Feb saying posted with royal mail. Royal Mail tracking said they were expecting it. Got another email ten days later. Said the same thing with a different tracking number. Again royal mail said they were expecting it. What is wrong with these people? What are they playing at? I think finally Royal Mail have received the parcel. God knows what happened to the first tracked item that RM never received. So its been two weeks so far IF it ever arrives! I will NEVER buy from these people again.

WOULD GIVE "0" STARS IF I COULD. IT'S A SCAM COMPANY & I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM TO ACTION FRAUD AND TRADING STANDARDS. THEY GIVE A ROYAL MAIL TRACKING NO. BUT NEVER SEND THE ORDER TO ROYAL MAIL! ALL I GET IS THE SAME GENERIC EMAIL FROM THEM WHEN I CHASE FOR AN UPDATE. THEIR FIRST EMAIL GAVE A TRACKING NO. SAYING THAT ON 29.1.26 ROYAL MAIL WERE EXPECTING THE ORDER FROM THEM. WHEN I EMAILED THEM THE 2ND TIME, I GOT A TRACKING NO. WHICH THEN SAID ON 4.2.26 ROYAL MAIL WERE EXPECTING TO RECEIVE IT. I'M SURE IF THEY REPLY TO MY LATEST EMAIL, I'LL GET ANOTHER DATE. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY & DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Was a little worried looking at he reviews after I placed my order. Needn’t have worried. Order was placed for two pairs of kylie Iliana curtains on the Saturday evening. They were delivered on the following Wednesday
I emailed them in between the order and delivery date with a query and eventually got a reply as they apologised and said that my emails had been received in their junk mail.
Curtains as described. Full royal mail tracking service. Very quick service

I ordered two pairs of orla kiely curtains. I was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews . I made enquiries after the order through the website message option and got back a reply pretty quickly on both occasions. I did not get any automatically generated emails at all. The curtains arrived about 6 days later. No complaints. Would use again. Hardly ever review things, but there were lots of negative comments so I thought I’d give some balance. Chris

This company must be a scam

I ordered a set of linen in February. I've been trying to contact them since them, it has been 4 months now and I have not received any response to my email and no one answers a phone.
They've taken my money and disappeared.

This company must be a scam! - they took £290.00 from me 1 month ago for 2 pairs of curtains and do not reply to emails or phone messages and don't answer their phone and you cannot even track your order when you click "track"!

I had a good experience with this seller. When I mailed them asking them for an update it did take a couple of days to receive a reply but tracking information was sent and I received my goods within 8 working days (I am in the republic of Ireland). I had read some negative reviews and had started to panic when I did not receive an immediate reply but everything worked out fine for me.

I believe this site is a scam. They were the only site that still had the bedding I wanted in stock and they appeared legitimate so I ordered. I even received an order confirmation email but since then total silence. No update on estimated dispatch or delivery time, no response to emails or phone calls (can't leave a message either), nothing. I can only conclude they're a fraudulent website and have taken my money and personal information since they are not responding to any contact attempts and have not provided any information after taking my order whatsoever.
UPDATE: I did receive some of my order in the end but not all of it. I also received email correspondence finally explaining that they had an issue with pandemic related absence at the warehouse and this was why no one got back to me initially. They explained they did not have the 3rd item I ordered (the one I could not find anywhere else of course...) and just sent me the first 2 items and would send the rest when it became available. By that time I had already re-ordered the first 2 elsewhere so I returned the items. Again, communication was not great but they did refund me the full purchase price and they did communicate with me in the end. Therefore, I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars. I understand that there might have been issues at the warehouse but I still believe the time I waited with no communication was excessive and even after that communication in general was not great. But I received my refund and as such I do not believe this is a scam any longer, just not particularly good service and not a great experience so I would still not recommend it to anyone else.

Used this site - ordered on 11th. Dispatched on 14th received on 16th. Was the only place with the bedding I wanted available - great site in my opinion

item shows as dispatched. nothing has arrived. no tracking number. no telephone number that is answered or can leave a message and emails not responded to.

Fake website. No items received and no response. Claimed money back via Paypal. Avoid. They will take your personal information and card number.

Hi just want to warn everyone of the experience I’m having with company
houseofbedding.co.uk an online website. I ordered a duvet cover for £113.99 with delivery. They sent me an email saying it’s been dispatched that was back in January 2020 and it still has not arrived it’s now mid February. I tried to ring and no one answers and says you cannot leave a message and I tried to email ,I sent maybe about 7 emails I got only two replies saying we will check and let you know as soon as possible but no one has got back to me since and still no goods. Some emails that I sent through the account I opened with them when the order was placed which I need to log in with password to email them I received a message to say your email was not able to be delivered. It’s very upsetting so just so other people don’t also get the same experience dealing with this company. Also they have links in their website for Facebook and Instagram but when ive recently clicked on the links they are broken. Their website have pictures of lots of lovely duvet covers and the duvet cover I ordered was sold out on all other websites but they were the only ones saying they had stock!
