Customer service is impeccable

Customer service is impeccable! They answered all of my questions (I had many) . I was scared for late delivery however they kept to their promise and went above and beyond. It was my first time using this site and it surely wont be my last! I received my suit and I am so happy with it :D

Thanks...had a really good experience with house of Ayeza...I first ordered baroque suit..and later I read some reviews... I was scared about the shop reviews.. but I recieved original designer dress and fast delivery although it was mentioned on the website that dispatch will be in 4 weeks...but it came before that time...thats why I will recomend it... I am happy customer🤗

Serious concerns

I purchased a Soraya Eclat outfit, which directly from the designer would cost around £440 but can take approximately four months to make. I came across House of Ayeza and saw they could deliver within a few days and were charging £549.99 with free delivery. I accepted the higher price as a UK premium for what was presented as an original Pakistani designer piece.

When the dress arrived, I noticed significant differences between the item received and publicly available photos and videos of Soraya’s Eclat design. Eclat is described as a heavily embroidered dress with noticeable weight, so I was surprised at how light the package from House of Ayeza was. I contacted Soraya’s official account to ask whether the dress and label were theirs. I was informed by them that they did not recognise the item as a Soraya product.

I attempted to return the dress within 14 days, unworn and in original condition, but was informed that an 8–9% refund fee would apply. I raised my understanding of UK consumer cancellation rights in this situation. House of Ayeza then said they would waive the fee as a gesture of goodwill. I responded that my position was that such a deduction would not be consistent with my statutory cancellation rights. I was subsequently informed that £25 would be deducted to cover delivery costs they said had been incurred. As the website stated free shipping at checkout, I did not agree that this deduction was appropriate and reiterated my understanding of my consumer rights.

After receiving confirmation from Soraya that they did not recognise the dress or label as theirs, I chose to discontinue correspondence with House of Ayeza and initiated a chargeback through my credit card provider, who refunded me in full.

Whilst this matter was ongoing, House of Ayeza asked me to remove my initial review, flagging it as defamatory. At the time, I removed the review because I was concerned that continuing the dispute publicly might complicate resolution of the refund. I did not agree that my review was defamatory, as it reflected my genuine experience.

In my opinion, I would advise against purchasing designer-labelled items from this retailer. The discrepancies I observed, together with the refund handling, left me with serious concerns.

Update: I charged back on my credit card which refunded me the full amount, until HOA received my package and decided to refund the full amount despite not agreeing to this in their emails prior where they state they will have to charge me £25 for internal shipping fees. This has now been settled and updated by my card. I hold evidence for the chargeback, as well as my recorded conversation with AMEX, and my evidence submitted to them.

Update: After this review - HOA are attempting to contact me threatening a lawsuit for defamation, as well as threatening to contact my work professional regulatory body, and have attempted to have this review removed by flagging it repeatedly. I have reported HOA to Trading Standards.

Note: HOA says on their website and social media they were founded in 2017. Their company house records show they were incorporated on
11 July 2024.

We are sorry that this customer feels dissatisfied, however we must respectfully clarify several inaccuracies in this review.

The customer was refunded in full directly by us. The refund was processed by our team and was not the result of a chargeback decision. We acted promptly to bring the matter to a resolution.

The item supplied was 100% authentic. At no stage were we provided with any written confirmation or evidence from the Soraya brand to substantiate the allegation that the item was not genuine. Had such communication been shared with us, we would have investigated it immediately and transparently.

Regarding the return, we initially outlined our standard policy. However, in order to prioritise customer satisfaction and resolve the matter amicably, we offered to waive the restocking fee as a gesture of goodwill.

We take allegations relating to authenticity and business conduct extremely seriously. Publishing claims of this nature without providing supporting evidence is concerning, particularly given the professional standards expected in any field. We have therefore documented this matter appropriately and reserve our right to take further steps if necessary.

Our focus remains on maintaining transparency, fairness, and a high standard of service for all customers.

Update:We refunded this customer in full on 10/02/26, No chargeback was ever initiated. We hold documentary evidence of both authenticity and refund processing. We are disappointed to see continued inaccurate implications.

immoral business ethics

immoral business ethics. Company refuses to issue refunds. Outfits are different to what is advertised. Bad business and behaviours. Should not be allowed to trade. Relatives purchased from here and here to express their concerns and experience

Thank you house of Ayeza , I am a new customer and I must express my satisfaction with your services ! My daughters ordered three exact same outfits and even though they were sold out everywhere we ordered from you guys, we were disappointed from other shop as we ordered with them and after 3 months they told us that the outfits were out of stock, when we ordered from you we were really scared that you will also contact us after some time and tell us that it was a mistake and these outfits are sold out but to our surprise we just received one call from you guys discussing the lengths and lining description we requested on the outfits and all three outfits arrived within 3 weeks even though your website suggested 4 to 6 weeks .

I must express my happiness as you have done a brilliant job , they outfits are 100% original as we were really scared that you might receive replicas like we have previously received from other uk stores but as you guaranteed you only sell original you have proved yourself right and they are stitched beautifully , I have just placed another two big orders on your website because now all my family is a big fan of house of Ayeza ! May god bless you and your team and we really hope that your customer service always remains the same and you keep the quality of your products as just you have it now ! Lots of duas from a customer who has been bitten by so many Uk stores earlier and so glad to have found you now !

This company sells dupes of Pakistani…

This company sells dupes of Pakistani designers and has shady ways of duping you by using images from the designer websites and then sending over clothes made in a sweatshop with piling and bad materials. Its not even resaleable.

We understand and respect that you were not fully happy with the outfit, which is why we promptly offered you the option to return it for a refund, in accordance with our return policy. However, as the item was not returned within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery, we were unfortunately unable to proceed with the return or refund.

Please note, we cannot accept returns after a month from the date of delivery, as clearly stated in our return policy. There were no delays on our part—we were fully prepared to process your return within the allowed timeframe.
