I bought a book case and a TV stand (approx £600) worth of furniture, took almost one month to receive due to a very unprofessional delivery company called Pallettways Track. The driver’s terrible attitude wanted to drop the items on the street. Housecosy was great sorting out another delivery company XDP to then deliver at our front door and they were slow (over three days to get all pieces delivered) but really good! Housecosy acted accordingly but in all communications was no apologies. Disappointing quality of furniture, I could get similar at Argos or IKEA for half of the price. I won’t be back

Poor quality
I ordered the sideboard online. It was delivered quite quickly.
Sadly, on opening two major parts of the wooden structure were very badly damaged.
I have ordered replacements and I am still waiting for them to arrive.
In my experience of flat furniture from IKEA I have never had damaged parts. I don’t think I will use house cosy again. Would not recommend.

I have today received the blue Aida sideboard which I’m over the moon with. It has far exceeded my expectations. I used to be a furniture buyer so I like to think I have realistic expectations re quality and this is lovely and I agree with the other review comments which can sometimes be subjective.
Delivery was great, I live alone and the drivers were really professional and helpful and were really conscious of covid. I asked them to put it in a certain place, nothing was too much trouble, great customer service!
I’m not great at flat pack building 🥴but this was fine and my room looks Christmas ready 🥰will definitely use Housecosy again

Flat pack quality at ready-assembled prices. Very bad delivery.
Beware newish companies that have extraordinarily high reviews with little to no negative comments, it simply isn't realistic, or if it is then you may be the "first" to complain and they won't know what to do.
I bought a blue Aida sideboard which is an Ikea quality flat pack piece with a ready-assembled price tag. It feels, and looks, quite cheap, which isn't surprising when you consider that it is basically some painted MDF. It is described as having "a sleek push to open mechanism so nothing gets in the way of the amazing herringbone print". That mechanism is a piece of plastic about the size of small pencil stuck inside plastic tube, which the MDF door presses against in order to push it open. It is not sleek, it looks cheap, feels cheap and the sound of the MDF against the plastic sounds cheap. The herringbone pattern is painted on. There were marks on some of the pieces too. The quality most certainly does not match the price tag.
Their delivery is horrendous. The delivery guy turned up and phoned me saying I have to go outside and get it from his van. This is a sideboard weighing 48kg. When I said I can't he said "well don't you have a lift?". I asked how heavy it was and he said he didn't remember. He refused to bring it in, so I had to go outside and across the street and round the corner where he was standing at the wrong entrance. Not necessarily his fault but you'd think a courier would use satnav. In any case, I tried to lift one of the packages but there was no way I was going to carry that back to my flat, so I said take it back. He carried on trying to question me and when I said I lived alone he asked why I can't call someone to help me. This was just embarrassing and humiliating and if I'd known this is how Housecosy deliver then I wouldn't have bought from them in the first place.
Who on earth would deliver a 48kg sideboard and think it is ok to get the customer to go collect it from the van. This was during the second lockdown too. No doubt they would say that is not their expected delivery however it is what they did.
I contacted Housecosy about this. They said they'd speak to the courier and get back to me. They didn't, or at least haven't. They also offered to order replacement parts from the manufacturer but I decided to build it anyway because I didn't want to wait and those parts could be relatively hidden. Housecosy responded with "thanks for the update."
I don't recommend them based on product or service. Their quality is not up to scratch for their price tags, and they are not invested in their customer experience.
As for their reviews, I submitted a review similar to above on their website and it hasn't appeared, unlike their five star reviews. Go figure.

The contempt at being given a negative review shows through and they’ve chosen to try to discredit what I’ve said, which only adds credence to my review where I say beware of companies that have extraordinarily high reviews. Do you really think an issue was not raised with the driver when he tried to leave a 48kg sideboard outside? Get outta here.
Additionally, their “shipping policy” link at checkout states “For heavy furniture (e.g. Extending Dining Tables, ready assembled sideboards), deliveries above the third floor are dependent on access to a lift.” which doesn’t match the t&c they quoted. In any case, I ordered non-assembled sideboard so quoting t&c for a ready assembled sideboard is silly.
Housecosy should’ve just apologised instead if this “I note ...” stuff, it just comes across as contemptuous and snooty.
Invest in your customer experience. This is basic stuff.

Great product & good customer service
The carpet is looking great. Seems a good quality. Customer service was also great as without me even asking, I have received an email stating there will be a bit of delay with my delivery which I appreciated as didn’t have to chaise anyone.
