Good product, not great customer service
Really good product, significant delays, lack of communication about delays and then lack of much customer service related to delays.

Great media unit
Lovely cabinet. Fits my 32 inch monitor brilliantly. Lots of storage for electricals in the shelves. 2 holes in the back for wires.

The table arrived but was badly made it…
The table arrived but was badly made it wouldn't even stand on its 4 legs. So after building it had to take it straight back down and return.
On a positive the refund was made with no quibbling!

I still haven't received my order
EDIT correct, your shipping company can only deliver between the hours of 7-4pm on weekdays, and can only give me 24hrs notice for delivery. I've explained that I can't cancel my patients with 24hrs notice to stay home for a delivery. I've also explained I'm home from 5pm onwards Mon to Fri. They haven't been accommodating at all and neither have your customer service team. It's nice to see that you reply to a review comment but my emails remain unanswered.

Excellent product and service! Item is exactly as described, shipped quickly and Housecosy had the cheapest price for the item compared to other retailers. Can’t fault the experience and I’m keeping an eye out on their site for more furniture items.

Blaze coffee table
The overall experience was really positive.
One star was taken away, as the item has been delivered with few scratches and scuffs. Although the customer service was top notch and resolved the issue quickly.

Really nice people / customer service although we are awaiting the order they were honest when I ordered one item which wouldnt make it in time for our event. This honesty from their part is what would make us go back providing the quality of the item is good once we see it!
