Items didn't arrive and they never refunded

Ordered two items. One was out of stock and was not shipped out. It was refunded. The other item never arrived and was apparently returned to sender according to the shipping tracker for the carrier selected by this company. It was marked as returned yet they never refunded that item. Customer service kept telling me they would refund when they received the item but this was almost two months ago. Basically they make bad business choices then make the customer pay for them
