The programs and series in India are boring, not worth to pay the money , waste of money, no new films, series displayed, wasted my money, don't waste u r time money behind Hotstar

Wish I could give them a Zero. They dont care about hotstar USA and care least about updating content for US. Would not recommend any one paying for their subscription. Dont ever take the yearly subscription.

Subscribed yesterday and realised that watching live channels including IPL and shows like bigg boss etc.is not allowed in the UK due to geo-restrictions. I wasn’t aware of this prior to subscribing.

I personally do not see any benefit of subscribing to hotstar. Very few shows to watch. Not worth it

Torrent I love u. And why did u brainwash my friend by hacking his computer? You guys are very clever and you are brainwashing people for money. I will complain about this to Human Rights.

This is a waste subscription. They restricted Indian programs for UK customers. I will not recommend this to anyone in UK.

*I paid for 1 year subscription, worked fine for 1 month and then I was asked to subscribe again.
*I emailed but had no response. Very very Poor.

Poor service. Watch al of the stuffs they post online or something. Save your money. They will auto renew your subscription and wont refund your money.

I subscribed to Hotstar with a Roku promotion in December. After not receiving the Roku for a month, I wrote to them and they tell me that I did not sign up for the Roku promotion despite the fact that I clicked on their own web site that had Roku promotion. Even though this promotion is still in effect, they rudely denied that they cannot honor that promotion and when I asked them to cancel my subscription they said I could not. The customer service support I exchanged emails with was extremely rude in messaging and came across as 'like it or leave it but we are not giving you your subscription money back'!
The streaming is also patchy and it freezes up a lot

it is an absolute waste of money, just 1 or 2 good films and a fake 1 month free trial. you get better movies illegally on youtube. in short just don't bother with this site

Hotstar UK is just waste of money and nothing much worth to see. If you are subscribing for sports content please don't subscribe. Movies are much old and mostly you can watch in YouTube and other free websites. News content also you can get it live on youtube. I think you can't cancel for a refund once you have subscribed for a year. Please be very thoughtful before you subscribe.

Pathetic service. 48 hours trial only. When you say your not happy with the service, they send you a link to their policy page saying no refund. Signup with Amazon and Netflix only.

Had to give one Star as there are no lesser option.
This Chanel is a fraud. Subscribed from UK primarily to watch Cricket. ( rest of the shows are awful anyway) . But they don’t do it ( as promised)

Bought a Chrome cast device to watch it on Tv ( another waste)

Not very happy with hotstar US subscription. I purchased an annual plan. but they are very slow in adding new contents to their platform. Will not renew my subscription.

I have heard about this via Lebara mobile. I thought it's a good opportunity to check if it's any good but it's a kind of scam.
when I search online "can I watch Big boss 4 on Hotstar?" and google showed a lot of results saying I can watch so I have signed up but once I start the subscription, there is nothing I wanted. no explanation of why I can't watch that show.

Watching IPL is very horrible. Every ball it gets stuck. Its better to watch on Television. Next year IPL should be projected on Sony...

We aubscribed for hotstar in US mainely for IPL and Bigg Boss 4 Tamil. Sadly, they do not play Bigg Boss 4 tamil. Would have been better at least if they played recorded version everyday since they do not live streaming the channel.
Not worth as you can watch IPL through other legal sources as well if that was the only reason to get Hotstar.
