Ordered & paid for some shoes....no indication they were made in China, & would be shipped via USA!!
finally received after a month, scrunched up & folded wrapped in a plastic bag, pushed through my letterbox, upon opening, they reeked of cheap plastic & glue...honestly the smell was all over my lounge...
The sandles were very cheap looking, (not like the photo) and had permanent creases in the (fake) leather, they were far too wide to fit my average foot width...upon many e-mails complaining & asking for a refund, I recieved many generic responses....they offered me a 3 dollar refund 🤷♀️
To conclude...AVOID! 😞
If I could give this crappy company a zero I would, I have been waiting since 1 January this year for my parcel to arrive and each time I am advised to “be patient”….. no, my patience has ran out!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they are CRAP!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Ordered trainers in January, after many emails where they tell me to be Patient, still not received it is now May !!! so £26 pound off everyone not a bad little earner. Clearly a scam rubbish!!!
This company should not be allowed to trade!!! It is a UK address so I thought I would be safe. I ordered boots and they sent me 2 sizes bigger. They will not supply a return address and refuse to refund. They ignore e mails then eventually reply to say they sent the correct item!? I am now completely at their mercy as I have no way to return them. Shocking
I have had the same experience as another customer in an earlier review. I wish I had seen it before I bought from this company. They delivered boots which were labelled size 6 but they were in fact more like a UK size 5 and therefore are too small and I cannot wear them. Even though I kept explaining that their sizing isn't a UK size 6, they refuse to exchange or refund and just kept repeating that they had fulfilled the order so would not offer a refund or exchange. Eventually they stopped replying to my emails.
AVOID this company at ALL costs! This company are scam artists! Stay away! If I could write minus 10 stars for this company, I would.
I actually have never written a negative review before as I normally always receive some level of decent correspondence or support if I have issues with a product. However I wanted to warn others to stay away and not get caught like I did.
This company displays false information on their website, not only that but when contacted to resolve and request a refund this company have appalling customer service.
I ordered snow boots two weeks ago and ordered the largest size available as I read reviews which stated the sizing is smaller than normal. However, when the boots arrived the size was not suitable for me and was still too small. I was unable to use them, I requested to send them back. When I asked for a return address and refund, the customer service were appalling. The customer service team stated that I was not entitled to a return, exchange or refund unless there was a fault with the product. Eventhough on their website the return policy states 'customers have the right to return their item within 14 day period of receipt as long as it is in the same packaging and new unused condition'.
When I challenged this, and attached the return policy to show them that their own return policy states that I am entitled to return as the item is not fit for purpose I then received rude abrupt emails from the customer service team. The customer service team ignored the return policy I showed them and refused to respond to my questions or offer any advice.
After one week correspondence trying to send it back, I eventually have given up as they are scam artists and wasted too much of my time. Lesson learned! Buyers beware!!
Love my boots, they have kept my feet warm and dry, and I don't slip and slide all over which is very helpful.

Dreadful customer service. I emailed company to say two pairs of footwear I received were small and tight fitting and that I would like to return them. Several emails later they said shoes were dispatched from China. No return/exchange/refund. I read reviews before ordering but not the many negative reviews I have since seen. I would not recommend buying from hotgravity. I paid through PayPal so might have some chance to get my money back but would probably cost a lot to return the footwear to China so may not be worth the hassle. Lesson learned ☹️
This company is based in China and is hiding that fact. They do not respond to emails, and they do not send your goods, there has been no update in alleged delivery since November. They are refusing me a refund. How behave contacted the Chinese embassy regarding this company as they are set up to CON people out of money only.
Do not use this company, I ordered shoes as a Christmas presents from them almost 7 weeks before Christmas, they initially ignored my chaser emails sent 2 weeks after I received confirmation they had been shipped. Then they responded giving me tracking details that had not been updated. It’s now over 2 months after I have ordered my products, no delivery, no updated on shipping since November and they are reducing to refund my money because they have shipped it. They won’t take my complaint seriously and keep telling me not to worry it’s on it’s way. Not only am I out of money from them I had to buy additional Christmas gifts due to their poor service I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent there is no evidence they have even sent my products.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!I ordered a pair of boots size 7 on the basis they said they were dispatched from Manchester. 3 weeks later and my boots arrived however, the left foot was size 5 and the right foot size 8!! I emailed them to ask for a refund and a prepaid returns label. Eventually they replied stating they were unable to offer a refund unless I sent them back to China at a cost of £14!! Why should I have to be out of pocket for their error?! I have a pair of boots that are completely useless !! I then received an email saying if I didn’t ‘want to return them’ they would offer me £5 for my trouble. Absolute joke of a

I bought a pair of boots from Hotgravity in my correct size of 4. However, they were tight fitting. I emailed and requested an exchange for size 4 & 1/2. I got a reply to say they had sent the size I ordered, so I received the correct size and that my request was denied.
I emailed a few times to explain the fitting was tight and I would like to exchange for the same style in half a size bigger. I got a repeat of the first reply. Each email I sent I received the same repeated reply, even when I pointed out I would now have to keep an expensive pair of boots which I could not wear because they are tight.
Normally I check reviews on a supplier prior to buying. Unfortunately I didn’t in this case. Had I checked the reviews from other customers first, I would never have purchased from Hotgravity. I have never had problems returning or exchanging from any other suppliers.
I now have a pair of boots I cannot wear.
They say they are based in the UK yet items posted from China. Shoes purchased from them where nothing like advertised they were rubbish, completely different color, design and quality was terrible. They just kept dismissing emails when contacted had to end up going through PayPal to get refunded and posted shoes back at a cost of €16. Disgraceful and horrible company to deal with avoid buying from this company at all cost. 😡😡😡😡😡
