Tried this pillow at a recent hotel stay. My neck had never felt better. Well worth the price. Suggestion: fluff on high in your dryer for a bit before using. You won’t be disappointed.

Not the same pillows used in Cruise…

Not the same pillows used in Cruise Lines. Pillow was total flat no support. Seems this company cut & paste photos to lure consumers in buying. The cost is expensive & you cannot get any customer support. I want a retund & send these back. Do not buy not worth your hard earn money.

I am truly disappointed in the pillows…

I am truly disappointed in the pillows received. I have emailed for a return or replacement. The pillows have no support or structure at all. They fold in half, and in on themselves. I wake up with severe neck pain from the pillow basically going flat and scrunching together from top and sides. I had emailed prior to ordering for guidance and matching the Disney cruise line pillow so I was very excited to order them, but they have been such a huge let down.

Company posing as another company

First, I’ve never given a bad review in my life. I ordered this blanket because it was the brand on the tag at a very nice resort we visited. I made the assumption it was the same brand. I firmly believe it’s not the same brand…it’s a copy. I would expect a better quality blanket from the Dollar Store. I’m shocked at the low quality. I washed it over and over. The fuzz clumps are unbelievable. The blanket can not be used. The Customer Service person responded to my emails prior to the purchase. He will not respond regarding my dissatisfaction regarding the product or the return of the product. I googled the company. It has 1 employee. The same guy is the owner, CEO, Customer Service, etc. I’m so disappointed I fell for this scam company. Do NOT order anything from this company.

Laura, I am Eduardo Chongkan, and I am in FOUNDER & CTO as my signature indicates as well as any record, BBB etc. I also have no record or a case except one support ticket asking when this blanket would be available, which I replied. Would you feel better if it was someone else?

If there is a quality problem with the product you received, I would really appreciate if rather than trying to make sales fall, you would place a support ticket with pictures of the problem so we could work a solution PRIOR coming to leave this kind of review.

I regularly use this product on my own and I keep giving them a hard time, I wash them weekly I let my dog and cat sleep on them, play on them, etc.

The Guarantee we offer is based on that and we could honor it if you simply place a support ticket with pictures of the defect.

Your Neck on a Cloud

Tried this pillow at a recent hotel stay. My neck had never felt better. Well worth the price. Suggestion: fluff on high in your dryer for a bit before using. You won’t be disappointed.

Shari I greatly apologize for this inconvenient. We are still awaiting for missing products to be sent to us since July, this one included. Our system at the warehouse was shipping out certain past-failed-cancelled orders sometimes twice and causing shortages when the stock was running low.

We have suspended the possibility to do backorders in our system to prevent this from happening in the future.

At the moment and since then, this product is delisted until we enable a waiting list for it.

Again, apologies for the inconvenience. We could let you know when the waitlist feature is enable so you can enroll if you still wish to have them. We will make it available if demand is enough.

These are the pillows of our dreams. We bought 2 to try them after experiencing them first at a great hotel on Martha’s Vineyard, then immediately bought 2 more!

Tried these pillows on a Disney cruise…

Tried these pillows on a Disney cruise and they were super comfortable. Decided to research and figure out how to order for my home use, so happy that I found hotel supplies group LLC. Shipping was fast and the pillows are comfortable, I will order again.

Quality product, poor customer service

I never got my pillows. With three points of contact, this shouldn’t have happened. I give two stars because I actually did receive an initial response about the status of my order, then nothing. I wouldn’t get a response even asking for a refund, and had to go file a complaint through my bank. I’ve purchased from them before, and that transaction went smoothly, this one however, did not. A quality product, but I feel poor execution when it comes to any problems and having to deal with customer service.

medium is flat for side sleepers.

Pillows are fabulous but I want the FIRM queen pillow as I am a side sleeper. It stays fluffy when sleeping on your back. It is flat when sleeping on your side. It is a shame that there isn't a way to be emailed when the FIRM pillows are IN STOCK.

Poor communication

I received a damaged product and informed the company. I was told to send a picture and they would follow up. I didn’t hear back after several follow up emails and then I got an email 8 months later saying they would send me a shipping ticket the next day and the nothing. Then after a few emails I got a replacement. Took about 10 months to receive. They never explained what took so long.
