1, The Old Signal House in Cawsand has been illegally added to this site. We do not accept bookings through Hotel1000, please do not use them.

They are illegally using our name, reputation and photographs.

Received an email from Hotels1000.com…

This morning AT SEVEN BAYS HOLIDAYS we have Received an email from Hotels1000.com informing us that we have been successfully added to their directory.

TO CONFIRM We have NOT GIVEN PERMISSION FOR THEM TO ADD US TO THEIR SITE OR GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO USE ANY OF OUR PHOTOS!!! This is a violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices act and is punishable by prison time and fines!!!

We have asked to be removed from their directory as it is a total scam 100%.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BOOK OUR ACCOMMODATION THROUGH THEM!! Always book direct with our owners via the enquiry form on their listings.
We apologise to anyone who may have been caught in the net of this scam, it is totally out of our control sadly - but we must stress that we have never given our permission to advertise on their bogus website!!!

I have today received an email from hotels1000.com saying that I have now been added to their lists. This is a totally unsolicited action and I have not been asked or approved my accommodation to be added to any other platform apart from the one I advertise on. Please do not try to book through them, although the website does not seem to work as they seem to be scammers. Please only book Geirland Guesthouse through Airbnb or directly with ourselves.

Same as everyone else… we received an email from them saying that we had been added to their website but we have NEVER given permission for our details to be used. We have never even contacted them
Or heard of them. I agree that this company is 100% a scam.

My company got an e-mail saying we've been listed here, we have not made any such arrangement. Do not book anything from here, it's a scam.

Our hotel was listed on this website without our knowledge, consent, or any form of agreement. We have never authorized them to use our name, photos, or information.

This is a deceptive and unethical practice that misleads potential guests and damages the reputation of legitimate businesses. After researching online, we discovered that many other hotels and properties have been added without permission, which strongly suggests this platform is operating fraudulently.

We have already contacted them demanding the immediate removal of our property and are prepared to take legal action if necessary.

We strongly warn other property owners and travelers to stay away from this website. It cannot be trusted and should be reported to the relevant authorities.

I wouldn't rate Hotels1000 with any stars at all, but I have to tick a box to leave a review.

I have had several emails telling me that my holiday let is listed on their website, but I have never contacted them at all, let alone asked to be on a listing.

I will not accept bookings through this so-called 'agency'.

We received an email that we are now succesfully listed on their website. We never asked them to do so, and after reading below emails we immidiately emailed them back to remove us from their website.

If they contact you, make sure to email them back to remove your details.

If you are looking to book a hotel, do not do it through this website! Best is to go to the accomodation provider directly.
