Never ever use this website.

Never ever use this website.
It seems like a scam. They sell something different from what you book. I booked a package from 3–6 April, but the confirmation I received shows 6–9 April.
There has been no refund for the hotel or flight so far, and there is no responsible contact person or official email. The only contacts I could find appear to be Indian operators, and they are not clear about what they do. They just take your money very easily.
They also activated a Prime account for me without my consent, with a subscription.

Just a quick warning – please, please, PLEASE do not buy any tickets from this company. They are total scammers.
We got tricked – they sold us flight tickets for one destination and hotel bookings for another. The worst part? Without telling us! We bougth the whole thing as a packpage collectively 😡
We were really lucky to catch it 3 days before traveling, but we ended up losing all our money on the tickets and the hotel because we couldn’t afford to rebook everything again.
We're now continuing our case with the police.
Please be careful and double-check everything before booking. Don’t fall for the same trap we did.

You still don’t answer my question:

1) Why is your invoiced price diffrent from your website price. a) The price information I shown is the same date that I got a confirmation from Travellink. !?

2) Special food diabetes not supplied but paid. b) The special meals are confirmed by Travellink as shown but never delivered no food at all as ordered and confirmed.

3) My missing money you have taken illegal. c) What about the price you illegally have taken from my card DKK 9.965,62 and your offering to pay back DKK 7.350,01 - where is the rest of my money.?

So total you owe me as mentioned mentioned earlier Dkr. 2.609,61 + compensation for missing meals !

Booking-id 18297004865. My recommendation is not to use this company, as it has a very poor service, where I had to change a travel reservation and have encountered no end of confusion and errors from their service center, where it takes 72 hours to update any changes in the airlines systems that they are working with. After having my flight reservation change finally confirmed, I then find out by coincidence after checking on the airline's website that my seat reservation have dissapeared, which I now need to wait 72 hours again to be confirmed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

After further errors with my flight reservation, I have now cancelled my booking and requested a refund, where Travellink (eDreams) are refusing to refund my payment after they have earlier acknowledged that I was entitled to 80% refund on my booking. Not at all a professional company to have any dealings with!

I have been requested to submit additional information by Trustpilot, please specify what further information is required?

Where is my money ??

I booked and paid for a flight ticket from (Travellink)
I chose the ticket according to my the date, place and airlines as suitable for me.
But the booking number as you provided me not exist in the Turkish airlines system and tickets not founded.
Then I get email from (CitizenPlane)
made the following changes on my ticket:
Changing from Turkish Airlines to Iraqi Airlines
Changing the departure airport
Changing the landing airport
Changing the day and date

Who gave Travellink and CitizenPlane this right to change everything without my consent ?

hotels are below standard and you can not be sure to have flights paid for

I am currently staying at what should be a 4 star hotel according to Travellink the Cranley Hotel in London. The cleaning is bad. Large pieces and leaves and other material on the carpet. The toilet seat is broken in two and the hotel can only provide one duvet or comforter although we are two on the booking. Travellink is not a webpage or app to use

Further Travellink did not manage to handle the flight bookings and suggested to book new tickets - still charging the first ones

Don’t booking with Travellink they are scam they cancelled my flight over year
And over year I’m running after them to get my money back but money never come back 😡 they just scam . Becrfull don’t book with them .

DONT USE TRAVELLINK!!!!

Don't ever use travellink. They made a mistake on their website which didnt allow me to check-in 24 hours before because of my passports expire date. This is not true since i am allowed to travel even though my passports expire date is 3 months after ended travel.

I am being told that i had the opportunite to contact them 24 hours before and because of that i won't get any refund back. Also a false accusation. I already tried this and it is impossible to get in contact with them.

Travellink is a fraudulent business

Travellink is a fraudulent business. I tried to add luggage to my booking. travellink said the payment could not be processed.

So I tried again...and again. Then in the end the payments had ben processed. So have I have paid for 4 pieces of luggage instead of one. And all travellinks indian call-center worker can do is to "apologize for the inconvenience."

My best advice is to stay clear of this business.

NO REFUND after 60 days

Travelink sold us a vacation package where the flight destination and the hotel did not fit together. This means that the plane arrived in Kos, but the hotel was located on Rhodes.
the plane arrived and the hotel was therefore located on two different Greek islands. Which I think that is a bit suspicious when we have booked a package tour; FLY + HOTEL.

We called Travelinks customer service to find a solution. The 3 employees we spoke to said that it is only possible to refund the amount for the hotel: DKK 5,636.40 after 14 days.
When the employees said it was the only option, we said yes. Even though we have chosen the possibility of refunding both hotel and flight.

We have NOT received any money back as the employees promised.

We want the money for the hotel back as promised.

Do not rent a car from them

Through travellink you can rent a car from anywhere in the world. DO NOT DO THIS! We rented a car through travellink, when we were on Rhodes. It looked like a good deal, but it sure wasn’t. Little did we know, that the price we paid didn’t bounce when we got to the car rental. Neither did the insurance. When we wanted to cancel our car rental, we couldn’t get in contact with travellink. They simply doesn’t have a number you can call and I am not sure they even have an e-mail that is in working. We could cancel our reservation but it would only give us 1/5 of the price back. Which was totally ridiculous.
There was nothing to do but to pay at the car rental once again.
Please, do not ever use travellink to rent a car when you are abroad.

De snyder og har dårlig service. Det prøver undgå at snakke med folk. For så fanger man dem i deres løgne.

They cheat and have bad service. It tries to avoid talking to people. Because then you catch them in their lies.
