Never received order

UPDATE: It is now 1st June STILL NO REFUND.
UPDATE: It is now 16th May STILL NO REFUND.
UPDATE: It is now 7th May and I still have not received a refund as promised.
I ordered fans on 13th February and they still haven't arrived and it's 23rd April. They were supposedly shipped on 31st March but the tracking has not changed and they are just sitting in Hong Kong. Absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money.

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

This order was delayed due to an extended customs hold during transit, which was beyond our direct control. Because of the length of that delay, the customer requested cancellation, and we then had to arrange an interception of the parcel.

The refund has already been requested, and the case is currently under PayPal’s official review. The payment is being handled through PayPal’s dispute system, and the outcome will be processed according to their procedure. We are fully cooperating and have already provided the necessary information.

As this matter is already in PayPal’s official resolution process, we will continue to follow that process until it is concluded.

False advertisement, filter on the pictures.

I received a boa that had a different color than the pictures on the website. The pictures on the website had a filter over them, which altered the color. Fortunately after making a notice of this, the pictures were replaced, and we came to a resolution. But because of the false advertisement for a pricey product, I give two stars.
