I am an IT professional managing ITC for a leading training organisation in Queensland. I switched to Hostmate a few years ago when a colleague suggested I try Hostmate hosting services. Wow, they impressed me from the very beginning and continue to impress me to this day. They are a local Queensland company with the best prices (no gimmicky prices or hidden upsells). Nothing is too much trouble for the techs (who are also the owners). Their servers and response times are always super fast. I write this review only because I know how much one can lose by choosing a hosting provider that doesn't live up to expectations. I 100% recommend Hostmate for private, professional and corporate users.

I've had many hosts over 15 years and not one can compare the the service provided by Glen and team at Hostmate.com.au. They always respond within hours. I class myself as an advanced beginner, being self taught, and every time I get into trouble Hostmate have gone beyond to help and fix even when it seemed impossible.
I have a similar hosting service in France and they won't answer tickets until day 3 and then won't assist; telling me to employ a developer.
Absolutely the best host I have ever worked with.

Excellent support with transferring my domain and website to Hostmate. The support team helped with very prompt advice to get things up and running plus Hostmate is much cheaper than my last provider. Don't underestimate Australian support staff & web servers when choosing your provider.
