After moving the system to Hostking

After moving the system to Hostking, the Technical guys (Darren and Darshan) really assisted in addressing the issue that we had which was the connection to MariaDB, we later realized that we needed to use MySqlConnector instead of MySql.Data to resolve the issue. The technical team are always available online, they go extra mile to assist you, they even help you to research the issue and send you the links to use.

Above and beyond service

I was having an issue with my billing with hostking. Johan from support stepped up and went above and beyond to assist me to rectify it. He kept me updated every step of the way. He is truly an asset to the company

Over and above what was expected.

Darshan went out of his way to assist me. I was expecting to spend a great deal of time restoring a website that had broken. Not only did he do the update I requested, but he also restored the site in double quick time. What a pleasure!

Obted for free plan

Obted for free plan. They only give you 10000 inodes. Basically 3 plugind and no theme except basic theme.

On the free plan you have to build a site with 3 plugins and on hello wordpress theme. Nothine else can be added. Then you must upgrade. Basically you only buy a domain. This is ideal for 1 page websites or blogs will not recommend free plan for online shop

Our Free hosting is a starting point for website users and not something where you could setup a full blown Ecommerce store. That unfortunately takes a lot of resources off web hosts services and hence will require a paid plan so it can be on our premium servers and not free servers. Our Free Hosting works for most people that want a small business site or blog and that is why we offer it at present.
