I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I paid for a server, but it stayed in 'pending' status and was never activated. When I requested a refund, they refused, even though their website clearly states a guaranteed refund within 48 hours.

The system then asked for identity verification, but their verification page kept returning errors and would not accept my documents. I contacted support multiple times, but they only replied in the middle of the night and then disappeared again. It's been three days now, and I still have no server and no refund.

Based on my experience, this company is extremely unreliable. I strongly recommend others to be cautious before purchasing anything from them.

Quality and reliable hosting company

I have worked with different hosting companies for a long time, but this is the first time I have encountered such a quality service. Thanks to fast servers, uninterrupted service and an excellent support team, I have a problem-free experience. It is also very successful in terms of price-performance.
