AfteThe quality has gone down. I found some alternatives.r using this service for 5 years

After using this service for 5 years, I’m downgrading my rating from 5 stars to 1 star.
1. Support has become terrible; now I have to wait 40–50 minutes just to resolve a minor issue.
2. Downgrading your plan: not only do you have to submit a request, but you also have to wait 24 hours. Be careful.
3. Technical support is non-existent. I have experience with providers like Digital Ocean, Kinsta, and Hetzner. But here, technically speaking, no one will help you.
4. An overcomplicated admin panel, 90% of which is personal text, and an overloaded admin frontend.
5. Uptime has dropped from 95% to 86% over the past year
Given the excellent alternative hosting providers available, I’m confidently giving this a 1-star rating, without a shred of regret

Worst experience

Worst experience. My domain is set to expire at the end of this month, so ahead of time, i already moved my website to another domain. Little did i know that Hostinger had my domain on auto-renew and tried multiple cards until successful payment captured (1 month in advance)

Im trying to get a refund but they are refusing. This is literally a parked domain right now that i dont use (which hostinger is over charging me for). I will let others know about this . This should not be legitimate

Since Hostinger is a domain reseller, the renewal fee is automatically passed to the Registrar (the organization managing the domain). Excellent support and very understanding service!

I had an amazing experience with Hostinger's support team, specifically Marco. He was incredibly understanding and helped me with a refund for an accidental domain renewal. The communication was fast, professional, and empathetic. Highly recommend their service!

One of the worst company and worst…

One of the worst company and worst support.
I am using hostinger for last 2 months and their support also sucks.
I hosted my clients website for USA and he can not open it in usa. I tried using the same and got the same results.
Why are you selling the services if you can not provide better services and support

Hostinger is nice platform for website…

Hostinger is nice platform for website building and other services.. customer care team is very helpful specially Ed who support me via chat for more than 60 mins with patiently .. This make it different from other platform .. Thanks Ed for support and looking for same in future..

I had a 403 issue I could not fix

I had a 403 issue I could not fix. I ended up contacting support and they were FANTASTIC to deal with. I dont yet know if the problem is gone but I am confident that if not, they will stay with until it is.
