I had a very poor experience with this hosting provider over the past two months.
My website suffered frequent downtime. When I opened a support ticket, the technical team told me the issues were caused by other customers sharing the same server. They then informed me that because I am on an old plan, the only solution was to upgrade to a new plan — at nearly double the price — even though I still have one year remaining on my current contract.
Frustrated, I decided to migrate my websites to another host. However, during the migration process, my current hosting became unstable most of the time. I could not even access cPanel for long periods, even when the sites briefly came back online.
I have had an open support ticket for over three weeks with no resolution or meaningful update. This has made it almost impossible to complete the migration, as the control panel and services are frequently down.
Despite the ongoing problems, I am still being charged daily fees. This level of service and support is unacceptable, especially when customers are locked into long-term plans with limited options to resolve issues.

After renewal of my hosting plan, the service provider representative (Mary) called me and took me through a step by step check to confirm than my website was up and reachable, all pages were accessible and also took her time to ensure to guide me on how to stay updated on the upcoming renewals or invoices that are due using the Client Portal.
