Fast Reply, Great Service!

A scam company. They claim to have IPv6 but never provided it. The server goes down frequently — it’s been offline for half of the month.

I bought a VPS that was supposed to have 8GB RAM and 80GB storage, but instead I got only 2GB RAM and 30GB storage. It took them almost FOUR DAYS to fix this!

Their support is absolutely terrible. I paid for a product and didn’t even get what I paid for until 20 hours later.

They refuse to give me a refund, even though the mistake was 100% on their side.

They’re rude and unprofessional, even calling me a kid and telling me to “educate myself.” Completely unacceptable behavior from a company that can’t even deliver what they promise.

When I tried to set up a panel on their VPS, it didn’t work they insisted it wasn’t their problem. But when I found the actual issue, it turned out it was their fault all along.

And now they’re trying to charge me extra next month the normal price is 64 KR, but suddenly I’m being billed 90 KR.

This company is dishonest, disrespectful, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers.

It's terrible. The connection was disconnected for nearly ten days in a month, and the promised IPv6 is nowhere in sight. It's a terrible buying experience, and I often get no response when I ask questions.
