I would just like to say Lee C. is the GOAT, even though i had other people help me today Lee was the most helpful of all, and even did the installations for me and even told me what was the issue when i couldn't figure it out. Lee is super helpful and kind, and was super willing to help me. Without Lee i would have not even go this far. But thanks to Lee i have a running server. Thank you my GOAT for helping me out. I almost forgot, but this guy is need of a raise right neow.

Tried to open a Terraria server. Payed and when i payed i couldnt login anymore. Tried to reset my password but i got no email with the code to reset it.

accidentally bought the same thing twice, whole problem resolved in under five minutes of opening my ticket.

The customers services are really great and well, the quality/price ratio is the best i have finded. The game server hosting range is really vast and there is a lot of choice.
Though, i am not really good with all the technics part and the UI is kind of hard to use, that is why i don't give 5 stars, but it deserve a good 4 stars !

I am running 2 ARK SE Servers there with 30 Slots and each Server has got 16GB Ram.

The interface etc. is clear and easy to work with

The embodiment of what all server hosters should strive to be. The support team is beyond amazing, can't even begin to mention how helpful they are. Lou from the support team is an absolute legend. Couldn't have asked for better service even if I tried.

I never had a problem with HostHavoc, servers run great and website is easy to navigate. I've been using it for MC and Palworld. Lou from support responds quick and gave clear instructions on how to solve a small issue I had.

Account disabled after i was unable to pay due to the fact of being hacked. Thanks to Michael S I was being able to restore my account.
Extreme reactivity !!

Excellent service. Using it since Arma 3 and had a GREAT experience with the build-in Workshop-Integration, I was able to subscribe my own Steam Modcollection and administrate the whole modset on my server via steam, to be honest: That was awesome af.

After making the decision to switch to Reforger I was stunned how fast they changed the config and how intuitive the new server was to handle.

We ordered a second server next to Arma for the SCUM 1.0 release, this was the first time we had technical issues, server wasn't controlable after EVERY gameupdate, we had to contact the team for every little action. During that critical issue Host Havoc once again showed their best face, EVERY ticket felt like a livechat operated by professionals, including their Head of Operations.

We asked for a switch to a Minecraft-setup for our community + refund due to the problems with the SCUM setting, they accepted it as requested and did the whole work without hestitation after hearing my "okay!", unbelievable awesome service, more than they had to do. On top, they kept my 18$-price (SCUM setup) for for the chosen 20$-setup for our minecraft server without any request, they did it on their own. WOW.

After recognizing our higher needs on hardware I compared Host Havoc to other services and confronted them - I wasn't straight denied, instead they handled my full argumentation and request with high interest, guiding it once again to the Head of Operations (who was involved in nearly EVERY request, awesome dude), and made me an offer which lead me to stay at Havoc even when I could get twice the hardware for half the price at every other hoster.

That decision is based on the pure will and dedication to service, especially "Ian". Beside his awesome team (it feels like I have my personal service if you get your answers from the same people over and over again 24/7) this dude is a fck1ng Boss among legends, from technical- to sales-request this homeboy showed excellent service on every matter, request, ticket or even my slight provocations. This guy(s) knows how to handle a good serverstructure and also how to take care of a customer from sales perspective.

I would choose this hoster over and over again!

P.S.: And we didn't speak about their community discord, this Hoster feels more like a clan then a company, but they provide a service like an enterprise.
