The Hostfully software saves me a lot of time with managing a 7 room Airbnb rooming house plus another Airbnb 5 bdrm house. I now have time to work a full time job and manage my properties. It also allows me to host a lot of my own guests which boost my profits and saves my guest a lot Airbnb fees.

when we moved in they said we had to wait 3 days so they can clean it. they didnt clean it we spent 3 hrs cleaning the appartment. the overhead door didnt work,the front door didnt work, the stairs light the outside light the garage light and the entry light didnt wok and still dont.you cant usethe main bath water without ear plugs.the stovwe doesnt work 1/2 the time. every step on the stairs has a trip point. the counter tops are comming apart. they didnt give any keys for the house or mail box. no plugs for the kitchen sink so you have to leave the water running to do dishes
The set-up wizard made everything very easy, that's what sold me honestly. Having a digital guidebook, I think, is a game changer and makes our listing really stick out.

Horrible customer service. I asked five different technical support representatives for help with my guest book, but none were able to resolve the issue. In fact, the problem became worse after their attempts. I eventually had to fix the guest book myself. Very disappointing experience.

Top marks for Hostfully though! Will be my first choice when VRBO gets their act together.
