Personal customer with light internet use do not require the business service
Contacted on the 20th November offering a landline which was of interest but then realised later entered into a 5 year contract at over £50 per month for a customer with little usage and experience
Very little support from the team kept on hold and no call back
Eventually spoke to a representative who was unable to help and terminated the call as 4.45 and finish at 5
Sent open reach to install new box and without any internet for a week no apology no explanation
Asked to terminate but informed no cooling of period for businesses even though told them numerous times it’s a personal account so within the 14 days cool off ( or was when first requested)
Not helpful feel scammed by this company and paying for a service I do not require
Update from account team acknowledge residential not business but still not granting the cool off period which I would be entitled if personal
Reason already sent an engineer to install the box which has left no active internet for nearly a week
They did not call back as promised instead it’s chasing them
Will be reviewing every 24 hours until resolved satisfactory

Hidden T&Cs and adding charges
Shocking service once joined.
Only just seen after third invoice, they have added multiple services without consent. Assumed I had hardware and pro rata line rental to explain the fluctuating bills but lo and behold on investigation that have just changed and added and charged for services never agreed to. Hiding behind the guise of an auto opt in clause hidden in T&C's. I have not had a single bill at the agreed contract price to date. Challenged only to have a rude dismissive agent telling me I agreed that they can add anything they like as I signed the Terms. Almost seeming proud of themselves that they've tricked another person into joining them with hidden terrible terms.
On asking for removal and clarification of what my invoices, they do not explain clearly and have left confused. Now on trying to get services removed, slow and unresponsive.
I am left feeling vulnerable to them just deciding to change whatever they like and I have to chase to rectify when all I want is a straight forward fibre and calls pack.
Would compliment the fibre speed but that actually comes from City Fibre. Ironic as one of their engineers initially was great.
Reporting to Ofcom and trading standards as seem to want to operate on bad faith and trick and dupe customers. I am stuck with these pirates now. AVOID

I had delete the name of man who was patronising and rude and wouldnt listen to me. I have paid for a service I did not receive and they won't refund me bad company

Great communication and service
I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I felt like I had to say something about Hosted because they’ve been genuinely great to work with.
Everyone I’ve dealt with, customer service, sales - all of them have been helpful and straight-up. I always knew what I was signing up for, and I could see the benefits right from the start.
Before talking to Jason, I never realised how much my telecoms were affecting things like the day to day running of the business efficiency. He really opened my eyes to how much smoother my business could run and it's made a real difference. The communication between the staff members and outside agencies has improved dramatically.
Hosted now looks after all my communications, and I ended up giving them my IT too after they found some pretty serious issues I didn’t even know were there. And honestly, I’m getting way more for my money than I expected. Can’t recommend them enough.

A disgusting company. I've been with them a few months. Add charges to your bill in deceptively scrupulous ways. Be so careful. Read and hear everything!! Sent me a sales email which you have to opt out otherwise you will be charged. How many of us read sales emails?
Currently in dispute of a charge added to my account over something said over the phone. The conversation is so vague and was told to docusign the document and just asked me to sign all so i pressed it not realising their was a additional document when you scroll further down.
This all happened when discussing a reimbursement for an early termination fee from BT. They are now having me fight it out for the extra charge. Will update the outcome.

This company are bullying people to join them, I told them on the phone it was not my decision to join, next minute I have 2 routers and an engineers visit booked at my place of work.

I have not been given full information about the services, on the next day realised that they are unreliable and I have made a mistake, cancelled my contract within 24 hours, only to find out they don't offer cooling period and slapped me with £354 cancellation fee, their helpdesk not helpful. They said I am a business offer and colling off period doesn't apply to businesses.

Wouldn’t go near this company if you paid me!
We have been mislead, lied to and fobbed off time and time again.
Overcharged and constant bill changes.
Charged for services we didn’t ask for or need and weren’t made aware of.
They do not contact you, we have had to constantly chase them with phone calls and emails to then be spoken to disgustingly by members of staff
On the phone. Avoid at all costs.
