I migrated four domains to HostArmada recently. They made the process very easy. Support on the live chat are very knowledgeable and so far in the ~20 live chats I've had they have responded immediately and have resolved any queries or issues in the first instance. I've had domains and web hosting through various providers since the 90s and HostArmada is the best hosting provider I've ever used. Great value for money, great service, and the control panel is a lot more straightforward than with me previous host.

Great customer support. I moved from another hosting site to HostArmada. I would wait for hours or days before support would get back to me. There have been a few hiccups migrating, and support has been immediate, both through online chat and with my first ticket. It has been a great experience so far.

It's nerve-wracking to transfer a site, but HostArmada were always helpful and always available. The fact that I live in a different timezone, at least 5 hours ahead, never matters. My previous host was only available during working hours and only used email, so any issues could take time to resolve. Host Armada have helped me within minutes

Being a Consumer of Web hosting Services since the late 1990's, I came to HostArmada in 2022 and for the most part we have been mostly satisfied with their Tech Support and the ability to get help fairly quickly when needed.
BUT, Billing SUCKS! First they attempt to take payments a week or more early. They have no legal right to do that!
Example,
OUR last invoice was due 12/09/2024. They tried to get paid on 12/02/2024 and possibly earlier. Yesterday, I logged in, paid the full amount due. I received a RECEIPT showing Balance as ZERO at the same time. THIS should have been where this story ended. It did NOT END here.
This AM, none of the email accounts were working and web page stated Account Suspended. I start a chat, told we are suspended as account is overdue. The payment I made yesterday the agent I chatted with says was just applied as a credit/deposit of some sort. Even thought I have in my possession a PAID in fulll receipt she gives as link I have to use she says to transfer from this mystical credit to my account.
I am sorry, but never in the all the years I have been in business since 1984, have I seen anyone operate like this and they won't put a Manager/Owner on line nor will they have a Manager/Owner even call you,. And THIS is what they call Customer Service?
I should add they sent an email stating the suspension which of course I did not get till after they restored my account this AM.
What I do know for certain is this, if I were to treat my Customers like this, I would not have any!
12/11/2024 - RE: HostArmadda Reply, Taking payments early is not lawful in Canada. You can look it up. Nor would any SCC Judge agree with you on this. The bottom line is this, I made the payment on its due date. I have ra eceipt from the time of payment stating my balance is ZERO right after the payment was made. Your system knew that and yet, almost 12 hours later, you suspend everything without proper warning. This in itself is UNACCEPTABLE! Also, prohibiting me from talking to a Manager/Owner is also UNACCEPTABLE!
Putting someone in charge of resolving issues who is as cold hearted, unwilling to listen, had a no give a s**t attitude as the agent I spoke to is also UNACCEPTABLE!
Then, not sending me a copy of the chat, after it was terminated as I rhad equested is also UNACCEPTABLE.
I still ave a mind to file a Small Claims Court action just so I can have a legal ruling that taking money early in unlawful.
BTW, the $169.xx invoice cost me $243.xx! but why would I expect anyone too care about that our the embarrassment you caused me for no reason?

After initially struggling severely to successfuly set up a new website’s WP hosting Dashboard and Appearance theme configuration correctly - I eventually after exhausting all my attempts to resolve the issue I decided to make contact with Hostarmada’s truly engaging technical support team. Their staff members were really sharp and identified and resolved the blocking issue associated with master permission differences, doing so online in a most friendly manner and with all the necessary pre- requisite security checks.
