We’ve just received an email from the CEO to say they are putting their prices up - for us, this equates to THREE times what we are paying now. Their reason is that they have invested a lot in AI. We have automated responses for all our messaging and wouldn’t use the AI function. I fully understand incremental price increases, but an increase of this magnitude in one go is totally nuts. We’ve decided to take our business elsewhere.

Hospitable is user friendly. I am new at this industry and was not formally trained on Hospitable. I was able to figure out the website pretty easily. That is helpful when you have many tasks going on at the same time.
The AI suggestions on responses takes the second guessing out. I never thought I would like the use of AI but I found it made my time more useful.
Automatic responses give you relief that you are not missing anything as well.
I would recommend Hospitable to anyone!

Run run run!!!! Very rude I am a cleaner for this company and they treat me like I am the cohost they try to make me do everything. Meanwhile they do nothing. Why not cut the middleman out and pay the cleaners to do everything? cut the middleman out. might as well because we do everything for this company and all they do is complain and yell and Put all the work on the cleaners I had Sanjoy as a co host rep to assign me houses. Very lazy and rude leaves all the work on me as the cleaner They never seem to visit the properties and when the guest complain about poor quality sheets, and appliances they blame it on the cleaner sanjoy had a house where the vacuum was giving issues and instead of going to the property to check out what the reason was he threw out the Dyson that was perfectly fine and bought a brand new vacuum.The job of a cohost is to make sure that the home is being maintained and also at five star status for all the guests to be able to enjoy. They carry poor quality sheets, one star quality pillows, and they expect the cleaners to do magic. They don’t have a proper garbage disposal plan they expect the cleaners to take the garbage with them after all the guest leave they don’t give any proper rules for the house, which concludes the home to become rundown after each guest leaves.

What I've liked so far about Hospitable, is that they seem to be constantly innovating. They are also very transparent about where they are at, including when things go wrong. They have weekly townhall calls with the CEO being available to answer direct questions from their customers. Their support has also been very good, answering any question I've had, and usually going well beyond my expectations. For example, I was using their parent-child listing capability such that 2 connected units could be rent separately, or someone could rent them together. I had a question on how to setup their automated lock codes feature in that scenario, and not only did they explain that but also helped me with options for the door connecting the 2 units, which I hadn't originally thought about. I also love how they are leveraging AI to help me. Specifically, I received a request from one of the 4 connected channels...in Chinese. Hospitable automatically translated that, and the AI recommended an excellent reply, which was then translated back to Chinese. There is a lot more I like about Hospitable...calendar sync, team tasks, direct hosting website and booking system. But the main thing I like is the people running it and how accessible they are. Highly recommended.
Hospitable is an excellent product and team. The capabilities and functionality grow monthly, if not weekly. They are very quick to take care of support issues and take community feedback very seriously. We could not operate our company without it. We own and directly manage five luxury properties in Park City, Utah, and Hospitable helps us provide excellent and timely guest communications and lets us provide excellent service with an extremely small team. With Hospitable, we can punch way above our weight class!

Hospitable is the perfect management program! With AI response features that must be trained on my own communications (they sound just like me!), to perfectly synced calendars and stellar direct booking options - they’ve never let me down. I’ve tried much more expensive options and been frustrated by the lack of options or non intuitive user interfaces.
Hospitable simply couldn’t be better, yet I have a feeling they’ll find a way!

Can't log in to Hospitable for 3 weeks now. I'm receiving automated emails from Hospitable that there is a broken link and you can't sync my calendar. Really serious.
There is no phone number to call - everything is text and email. So with no more than one text or email response per day from Hospital on my issue it's never getting resolved.
You're not syncing my calendars - probably because of some software 'update' that wiped out what was entered and now your website won't let me log in to fix it? What service are you providing to me?

Great looking software but there is absolutely no support other than an outdated knowledge board. Average wait time is supposed to be 6 hours but I've never had a reply in 8 hours, on all occasions I've tried, until I chase it up, again and again.
Bottom line I've not been bookable for 12 hours, and it's due to hospitable's software. So in reality looks are not everything.
*edit.. And I could of predicted the reply, this has been the same response for 10 days. There is not one comment on any social media post. Is this because there is nothing good to say and the awards are made up.
Bottom line is you advertise falsely and an official complaint is the only way forward.

This app is incredible for managing our rental houses. There are a ton of features that save time but in particular the AI for drafting messages and communicating with the guests is so useful.

Initial setup is pretty easy and their customer support is amazing. After researching a few other PMS's, I think this one best fits my needs/management style and price is comparable to other software's. It was also really easy to connect Hospitable's calendar with my own direct booking website.

When their site is working, it is working great. But if you have a problem or a question, it takes hours, if not days for them to respond. And then they often respond with a question that you have already answered in your inquiry. Then another long time goes by. They have been telling me for ages that they are going to have faster customer service. They really need a call center so you can just phone in and reach someone.
** I have never experienced a reply in one hour. Ever.
