Hospitable dynamic pricing seemed good at first, but is missing certain basic features that allow it to replace pricelabs. Until these are implemented, I need to resume using them.

It is wonder how such a tereible software can even be legal. Sync broke 3 times in course of a month, creating us overbookings and hence big costs. It works slowly as soon as more than 10 listings are added. Definitely not for big and sirious companies

I like the calendar layout and I also like that I get an email and a text with any bookings updates cancellations or alterations, however, there was one time that there was some kind of update and I didn’t get an alteration of a reservation. Therefore, the turnover was done late for a guest other thsn that its very user friendly
Easy to setup and feature-rich! The AI support for customer interactions is great.

Their app failed to send automated messages. Eventually, force-synced my Airbnb account and it started working -- note that their platform says the syncing is done 'automatically'.
Their UI is very unclear, all messages looked like they would be sent, and a few of them did.
At this point, I had already paid for 2 months of service. But they have a no-refund policy. I cannot imagine bringing more properties and lose even more money when their platform doesn't work because I forgot to manually re-sync after some change.
They'll find excuses for why it did not work. They will also start ignoring your messages and only reply with: 'we are working on it' without ever providing a solution or adequate explanation.
Worst of all, they have a bias towards blaming their users and Airbnb.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
You will see a pattern in the reviews for Hospitable - there is horrible customer service and response. I needed to assist a repeat customer with a change on my personal websie integrated with hospitable. I warned the customer that she was my beta tester. I was so DAMN frustrated dealing with them! The response is AI and kept going into circles without the response that I needed. I tried calling a real person - non-existent. I finally had to collect the payment via Venmo and handle my adorable client on my own. The next day, I cancelled Hospitable - never to look back! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH HOSPITABLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOME SERVICE!

I suggest not using this channel manager if you are a small operation. Even though they say they "Price Share" they do not. If you do your own prices in a given platform they will not save it to theirs and share it to your other platforms even though they say they do. I have been using the platform for 3 years and their recent changes do not make it conducive to the small STR operation. Help is virtually non existent. All they could tell me was to pay for a dynamic price platform (they do not do well in our market) or change all my prices on their platform. I tried this for my two STRs pulling my data from Airbnb and it was slow, cumbersome and almost impossible. How convenient for them that they will have a dynamic pricing plan available in a few weeks. If you do your own pricing and are a small operation do NOT use this platform.

Mesa Tiny House Oasis on Alberta, 1/28-1/31/25.
The entire process to get signed up with Hospitable so that I could rent this BnB was cumbersome. I use a computer rather than a phone when providing personal details required, so providing a selfie via computer was awkward & there was no way to upload one. The only way to contact the host was by email, which I don't have on my phone. I had to borrow an iPad to use for this while I was in Portland. I never knew the name of my host.
The host advised me several days after I'd booked that the shower had not been properly plumbed & to get hot water I needed to follow a specific procedure: turn on the kitchen faucet to hot, let it run continuously while taking a shower, then there'd be hot water in the shower. That didn't work. The kitchen faucet handle didn't stay put in the hot position, so even when there was hot water running, it wasn't consistent & never got above tepid in the shower the entire 3 days I was there. The heat source for the tiny home also didn't work consistently then stopped all together. It got down to 50F inside the tiny home. When I advised the host, a space heater was provided. Supposedly the shower issue was fixed at the same time, but still didn't work. Otherwise, the location was great, I had shelter, & cooked a few meals there.
On going app improvements although still need better integrations. Good communication.
