Hortus planta Reviews 

Judging by the way the driver of Hortus Forma vehicle LJ73 ZTK tried to run me off of the road this morning I’d strongly encourage potential customers to look elsewhere. I certainly wouldn’t put my property in the hands of someone who so blatantly disregards the safety of themselves and others. Video footage being forwarded to the police.

The specific plant i ordered was not the one I received, and was also a very poor specimen. I wrote to the seller 3 times and received no response. As the plant is in the ground the seller presumably ignores complaints as it would be a lot of bother to dig up, repackage and return.
Doesn't deserve the 1 star and would definitely warn prospective buyers to steer clear.

If you advertise 25kg, you should supply 25kg. Otherwise your just a thief... Do not trust or buy from this company, no response from 2 contact attempts

Delivery note even states a lower content.

The plants arrived in great condition and cleverly packed for protection. They could have done with labels on but arriving on time with great foliage and roots that were not root balled was very nice.

Bought a cordyline online from them. Had purchased a few plants from them last year . Which I was happy with .

The cordyline arrived in a dreadful state looking near death . They ignored my requests to discuss this when I messaged them. In the end I had to open a case Against them to get a refund .

I have kept a daily record , in pictures, of the plants rapid demise and sorry state .

Eventually Hortus replied saying there was nothing wrong with the plant .

Well anyone can see the plant is blatantly unwell. Such lack of communication and dishonesty is beyond awful. Customer service is non existent .

I will never use this company again. They obviously can not deal with things when they go wrong . I was extremely polite with my communications with them.

I have kept a full and detailed provable record of everything.

I need to return the plant to them to obtain a refund . Allthough they believe there is nothing wrong with the plant . I wish I could post pictures of it on here . Then you could judge for yourselves .

I found this company on Ebay and ordered 4 x ophiopogon 2 litre plants.
They arrived a day early and delighted by the quality of the plants,well packaged and not damaged in any way.
I will be using this company again and highly recommend.

The plant is healthy and doing really well. The service was very fast css as by fault them looking at ordering more plants from them.
