I ordered shoes on 27/12/2025. They still haven’t been delivered and are currently somewhere in Belgium with DHL. Customer service has been unpleasant and not helpful at all. I asked for a status update, and they told me that I could check it myself. They made no extra effort to help me, not even a small attempt to contact DHL.
Unfriendly and unhelpful - do not buy if you’re in the UK - returns are a nightmare and their customer service just useless.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes while a sale was on.
Postage is €20.
One pair didn't arrive. I asked about it 2.5 weeks later. They responded to say that the shoes were out of stock. They refunded me less the postage. They said I could get free postage on another pair.
I went to order and now the discount is over. Their customer service was really poor. First, they didn't bother to tell me, second they didn't make the situation right.
👌Perfect. Bought online sandals expensive but really nice size 34. Excellent selection in size 34. Will for sure bye schoes from Horsch again. Delivery to Denmark witout any problems.
