The first order everything went great. I received my items and I was happy. My second order was a nightmare. A horror. HorrorMerchstore.com sent me two ratty Koozies out of an order $92.75 USD after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. ORDER DELIVERED! not really. HorrorMerchstore.com still hasn't fulfilled the remainder of my order even after sending me emails stating the same items are "Back in stock NOW!" I wish I had read these reviews. I wish I had read the store policy. If and when I get my stuff I will rush to modify this review, but I think I will see the same lame reply the rest are getting. I feel sorry for you HorrorMerchstore.com. You could make so many people happy with the stuff you offer. I don't get it. Hopefully someone with some business sense will fill the niche elsewhere. You have a chance to make it right with me... or not. I have a certain set of skills. Do the right thing and send the remainder of my stuff please and thank you. You really could use some positive reviews.

Their customer service is horrible like their title
When you email them about an inquiry on an order, they send you the info on their FAQ page which is where you submit your inquiry about your order. So dumb and they do not update you on orders. They are as bad as Entertainment Earth
