The DoIn installer on Windows doesn't give specific feedback on installation errors. Turns out it will fail if it detects a previous installation, but it doesn't tell you that. Really annoying. I had to manually delete the old versions before having a successful installation. There is no uninstaller application. Lazy implementation. On the plus side, the plugins are awesome! I really like the guitar amp plugin. It doesn't hog up my system resources.

I've been using hornet plugins for a few years now. The developer provides good quality products at affordable prices. Tutorials for the products are also available. When issues are discovered in the plugins the developer is very responsive and helpful. I recommend that every musician and producer should try the plugins from Hornet. I'm sure you'll all be pleasantly surprised.

I'll never purchase anything from this company again. Three months to close a support ticket with no fix and no reply. I've spent $$$ here. Zero loyalty. Zero responsiveness. Zero communication skills.

You'll be asked to get in touch so the issue can be resolved. Three months later (after multiple inquiries), you'll receive a literally blank email and your support ticket will be closed.

Do you think a company is trustworthy when in official support auto-reply emails, they're having you reply to a hor-net.com address (doesn't exist) instead of the real site?

Do you think a company is trustworthy when they attempt to flag your personal account of experience with the company as 'containing defamatory content' (censorship)?

Top of the line plugins, does exactly what they are designed to do.

These plugins have been working horses in studios for decades, the headset and monitor simulator is a unique service in the market and it's the best you can get, and they are frequently running 80-90% discounts on their new and most popular plugins.

I picked up 10 plugins that would have totaled me hundreds if not thousands of dollars if I had gotten them from another brand, and it only cost me 25 dollars..... I did not have to try them out on a master bus for more than a few minutes to realize how amazing these tools are.

Worst VST PluginPage ever. Do not spend money here. My experience? Bought a plugin bundle yesterday. No invoice of purchase received, link to an invoice immedialty after the purchase leads to a page telling an error meassage in Italian I guess. No pdf or anything else. On my account the "invoice"-entry of the purchase is empty.

Installed "ZeroLoud" as part of my bundle. VST 3 64bit version. Adding it to my Cubase 15 pro leads to immediatly crash Cubase. "A serious problem has occured in the following file "...HoRNetZeroLoud_x64.vst3"
The "best" thing: No support available!
Clicking on "Create support ticket" leads to a page telling "you're being redirected" - and guess to where? Excatly, to where I've started to "Create a support ticket".

Good no nonsense plugins. Great promotions as well.

I work in Sonar Cakewalk and am having some problems. When I try to click on the node that I have created on the Equalizer to access the solo and the extra section,it just moves randomly. . Also in my daw spacebar is for starting and ending playing the tract, but when Im working with this plugin, even this starts behaving weird. I am using other plugins made by hornet but never had a problem. Can you help me please?.

Great plugins and excellent prices.

The plugins they create are really excellent. Not just for their price, but also compared to much more expensive ones. I can also install them as many times as I like (I perform formats on my PC many times due to experimentations I do and because of WINDOWS problems as well), and this freedom of installation without having to authorize them again and again is one of the MAIN reasons I use them, as well as their quality. It would be great if they also had a LINUX version of them, but who knows?
