I have found that Hop customer service always respond promptly and address the issues raised. If they can't implement a fix straight away they've always kept me informed and implement the fix. Pleasure working with the team.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Hop Software, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their unprofessional behavior and deceitful practices. As a freelancer, I was excited to be assigned a project with them, but that excitement quickly turned into frustration and anger.

Right from the beginning, they assigned me the first project without providing any upfront payment, which should have raised a red flag. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with the work as requested. I diligently showed them the progress, and they released the initial milestone as promised.

The project was divided into four milestones, and I put in my best effort to complete each one on time. However, when it came to the final milestone, Hop Software suddenly changed their attitude. They started nitpicking on insignificant tasks and pointing out supposed bugs that were never an issue before. Despite resolving all of these alleged issues, they conveniently stopped responding to my messages.

Months went by, and I patiently waited for feedback and payment, but Hop Software remained silent. To my shock and dismay, I discovered that they had already launched the project without releasing my pending milestone. When I confronted them about it, they had the audacity to claim that my coding was the problem and they had to hire someone else to fix it.

It has been over a year now, and they still haven't released my funds. I have relentlessly requested payment, but they continue to ignore my messages, showing a complete lack of respect for freelancers and their hard work.

I urge all freelancers to steer clear of Hop Software and their false promises. They have no regard for the efforts of freelancers and seem to have no intention of fulfilling their end of the agreement. If you're considering working with them, remember this cautionary tale and always insist on receiving payment upfront before pushing any project live.

In conclusion, Hop Software's unprofessionalism, deceptive practices, and lack of respect for freelancers make them an unreliable and dishonest company. I hope my negative experience serves as a warning to others, and I will be sharing this feedback on various review platforms, including Trustpilot, to prevent others from falling victim to their unethical behavior.
