Work was done right .I want a break down on parts and labor they won't give me . Say because they use a flat rate they can't separate it . Won't never use them again

Quick to diagnose a problem, but incorrectly

They were punctual but almost twice as high as the national average for outdoor hose spigot and had to have them back again because the one replaced in the front was loose. Beware of cost.

After paying Hope almost $1700.00, our plumbing problem is now worse than ever. We went to the local plumbing supply store to get new fixtures, and the man working there said he would give us the names of some "good plumbers" when we picked up our order.

I was under contract of purchasing a home at the end of April when I brought Hope Plumbing in to attempt a sewer cleaning and inspection. The camera they used wasn't very good as the video couldn't determine the blockage. They went ahead and quoted to repair the blockage by a spot repair or full line replacement. When I negotiated with the seller, I shared with them the quotes I received. They chose to pay for the spot repair because it was the cheaper of the two options. After closing Hope comes back out and tells me it's going to be 40% more than the original quote. That was 1000s of dollars that could have been negotiated for if they quoted properly. I was told they messed up the quote but won't do the work for the original price. They then refused to offer any other concessions or offer any other options. Lack of customer service and lack of experience deserves a one star.

Started off bad, but Carrie called me back on their on initiative, and advised me that I was in fact overcharged on my repair, and gave me a fair refund. The tech just entered wrong "code". OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I would highly recommend!!!!

I got estimates from hope double prices compared to another company bad bad never ever use again ripped.

Not fairly priced...$260/hr they charge...I don't care how good a job this is super inflated.

The plumber who came to our home Thomas. Didn’t examine our plumbing concern. He was suppose to look at our toilet and tell us why it was leaking from the bottom for our insurance claim. He said our toilet was leaking from the top but it wasn’t and isn’t. He finally told my husband on the phone the seal was probably broken but he wouldn’t write his findings on paper for our insurance claim. This plumber seemed to be more interested in finding other appliances in our home that might be faulty rather than doing what we asked him to do. He ended up raising the price we were originally quoted of 98.00 to 125.00 because he did exploratory work nobody asked him to do. This was not a good experience at all. After several attempts the manager called my husband to offer us our money back it never happened we ended up with a store credit that we will never use.

Hope plumbing is dishonest and does terrible work. I will not hire them again. They never fixed my problem, but still wanted a huge fee. They refused to come back out and fix the problem. I had a different company come out and fixes my problem quickly and cheaply. Like under $50. Hope wanted to charge thousands. No thank you hope plumbing

I have used HOPE Plumbing for many years. Our disposal was making a loud noise when turned on. I contacted HOPE early Monday morning and they indicated they could have a plumber at my home the same day. I was sent a text confirming the arrival along with a picture of the tech(Eduardo San Gomez). The tech made some adjustments to the disposal(hoses and clamps) and the noise was gone. The disposal noise is gone. They were punctual, knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend HOPE Plumbing. Ed Aide

He was absolutely professional and did complete detailed work. This is a 112 yr. old home. He also came back the next day ~ first thing as there was sediments were coming from my faucets and it was handled expediently. I was so surprised the honesty in the different low to high quotes for future work. He unhooked the water heater as when I found out there were not turn off valves leading into the water heater. I tried to cut the water off at the main in the house and it was so old it sprang a leak and shot across the room!. The main pipe was repaired and he also put in an on and off for the next water heater when I could afford it. It was seven months with help from my church before being able to afford the installation and water heater. Praise the Lord. Hope

Hope plumbing was quick to respond, very polite, and they explained everything completely. They did the job in a timely manner and the price seemed pretty reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this plumbing service every time.

I had high hope for Hope, since many people recommended them. I was warned they were expensive, but I was willing to accept that for good work. Totally disappointed. Not only did they miss three appointments (even after confirming multiple times on the third try), but they charged us over $200 to wrap appx. 6 feet of pipe. I checked our local hardware store, the wrap cost less than $5 for a 6-ft section. I will never use these people again.

The tech that came out was great! But Mr. Casey is not a man of is word! And for that I can't deal with hope plumbing

Hope is wonderful! They are always courteous, willing to work with you & never dissappoint! Last visit they sent a thank you card with 25 gift card towards next service. I am sure we will be using it very soon see's as they have been here twice within two months. :)
