I have ordered a few times now. I love all of the shirts I have gotten so far (size fits great, very comfortable). My most recent order was either stolen or never delivered, and Hoooyi went ahead and sent me another of the same order to make up for it (no charge, and was delivered no problem). So I especially appreciate the customer service!

I like the shirt I bought from Hoooyi and enjoy wearing it. Took a little time to receive it, but not terrible.

I have had much more success with Hoooyi than the other Chinese clothing sites I’ve tried. The clothes fit right, are fairly good quality and hold up pretty well after washing. I’m going to give them 5 stars because I’ve had terrible experiences with other sites such as this. I will definitely buy from hoooyi again

I ordered twice for my sons and my husband, mainly sweatshirts (XS, S and 2XL).
The second time it arrived faster than the first time.
We will no doubt order again from there.

I ordered 3 shirts and while, up until now, I received assurances that the order was received and they were sending order, never heard again.
I just wasted my money and my friends received no gifts.
SCAM

Stay away! I ordered four sweatshirts and they were never delivered. Hoooyi confirmed via email that they were never delivered but told me I couldn't get my money back because the carrier didn't return it to them. So I paid $100, never had the items delivered, and can't get my money back.

I saw their ad online and then googled Hoooyi and saw it was legit so I placed an order. I was sent tracking information and it showed up roughly 2 weeks later which was no big deal. I loved the 2 shirts, no loose threads or anything, quality is good. I checked out their size chart and went by that for sizing and everything fit perfectly. I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend and we exchanged gifts early and they loved the hoodie I got them.

Hoooyi is great. Love the shirt quality and design. When my package got damaged in the mail, they immediately sent me another in perfect condition.

Deceiving product photography and absolutely horrible quality clothing. I ordered a shirt from this website it took nearly two weeks to get to me (shipped straight from China) When it came in the quality was absolutely horrible. I initiated a return process to find out they do not refund shipping costs and do not send a label. So when all is said and done, I'll get 8 dollars back as a refund after losing the initial 13 dollars for shipping and spending 16 to send it back. They also have terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

I’ve ordered here twice never had problems with receiving the packages like others seemed to have had. I found the linen pants to be good quality and texture.

Order from here a lot. They sent me the wrong size and corrected it immediately, shipping out the correct size within a day. I’m happy with all Hoooyi.

The clothes are comfortable and fit nicely, especially the winter jacket. Shipping can take some time but it is to be expected. Overall, great job!!

The company is a scam. I made an order which they claim was delivered. When I emailed to say it was never received they essentially told me to take it up with the post office. No refunds or replacement. All but stole $180 from me. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Avoid if at all possible

Do not order off this company. The sizes on their website are inaccurate, then they charge for refunds. What’s worse is I paid for the return and now they’re refusing to refund me even though I followed their instructions and posted the tracking number

SCAM! Horrible refund policy. The package arrived damaged. So they had to cover the shipping fees. But they never answered. So i returned it on my on cost to the warehouse and it arrived. They never gave me a refund.
