Disappointing service and insincere apologies
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The king crab legs were served uncut, and because of the sharp spikes on the shells, my husband and I ended up cutting our fingers while trying to eat them. For a dish at this price point, proper preparation should be expected.
To make matters worse, our waiter accidentally spilled bags of seafood boil on my husband. While accidents can happen, the apology we received felt insincere and dismissive. The restaurant’s attempt to make up for the situation was simply offering a dessert, which did not feel like appropriate compensation given what occurred.
Overall, the service and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.
