Terrible experience. Needed chimney sweep, they confirmed they were the company that came to my home last year (this was a lie). They can, two men and I was alone at home. They said they could not give me the certificate and the chimney cap needed to be changed, then they charged me EUR600 without my agreement.
I have opened a police case.
This company is fraudulent. Be warned :they will try and tell you that your chimney needs to be repaired whilst there is absolutely noting wrong with it.
They swept our chimney and said the repairs would be in total 600euro. Luckily I was wise enough not to go ahead with the "repairs"
