I’m really unhappy with Hoobuy right now because I sent an order to Germany and it said I should receive around 1,500 Hoobuy Coins, but I didn’t get anything. This has already happened for the third time, which means I can’t buy any coupons or anything else — it’s really disappointing and frustrating.

I’ve contacted support, but they keep telling me that I already received the coins and that they expire after seven days. But how can my points expire if I never got them in the first place? Then they send me screenshots of coins I supposedly received, but those are old ones.

I would really appreciate it if Hoobuy could give me my 1,500 Hoobuy Coins so I can buy my coupons and continue ordering. Otherwise, I might have to switch agents if such a small and simple problem becomes such a big issue.

Title: Absolutely amazing experience with Hoobuy!

I spent around 300 PLN for a 9kg package and honestly — it was worth every damn penny. The shoes are absolutely fire — quality is top-tier, they look and feel incredible. I was expecting to wait ages for shipping, but holy shit, it arrived so fast! Everything was packed perfectly, no damage, no bullshit.

Hoobuy seriously killed it with this one. Great communication, fast service, and the products are exactly what I wanted. If you're hesitating — don’t. Just do it. These guys are the real deal.

My order came a bit late than the estimated shipping time. The product itself is very nice, very good quality and also the perfect size. I like how u get what u asked for. Would be a 5 star but like i said shipping took quite a while. Overall i would recommend to buy from here.
