⚠️ Warning about Honrow.com

⚠️ Warning about Honrow.com – preorder refund issues

I purchased a preorder item in April 2024. After delivery, it turned out the device:

was only in Chinese language

does not work in my country

these limitations were not disclosed before purchase

I contacted the seller, and they agreed to accept the return, which I sent back at my own expense.

Over 3 months have passed, and I have still not received my refund. Despite repeated messages, the seller has been unresponsive or giving false excuses.

Payment was made via PayPal, and I am now forced to escalate the case.

Be very careful when buying pre-sale items from this company.
