Bad communication
Ordered a dress and did not fit. Needed to exchange but you have to contact them to arrange return. All emails been ignored as well as what’s app and instagram messages. Al I need is to swap the size and I have had zero response

Love this website first of all I love sale but I like it all great quality which honeyz have , beautiful sexy great quality items and delivery is so fast hence why I come back and back please keep the quality up and the service. Though that return time needs to be 14 days onwards 7 days is not enough especially when you don't get a reply soon enough .

I was skeptical to order after reading some of the slander below but I was sooooo glad I did. My order arrived and it was beautiful. I products are amazing! The material is amazing. I will definitely be ordering again. Customer service was on point.
Also, most online businesses do not offer refunds on sale items. I do not see why this has come as a shock to so many people? I wouldn’t take notice of any of the negative reviews! Honestly, the stuff is gorg! I will 100000% be back! X

Got the honeyz bounce set for myself in a small wear uk size 6 and fits so snug. Material is 10/10. Will defo order again and my friends have just placed orders too after seeing me in it. Quick and easy company to deal with and fast shipment of my order. Really happy with the service.

AVOID at all cost
AVOID at all cost. I ordered an item from them. When it came the quality was crap. I what’s app them for a refund and they said that’s fine please return the item to this address. It’s has now been a month since I returned the item I have contacted them on what’s app they don’t reply. Scammer stay clear. So I have now lost the money that I pay for the item plus my postage’s. SHOCKING!! I don’t know how they are still trading I will be reporting them.
