120% AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Cheep Boots self test kits dressed up as Fit to Fly tests. A number of countries don’t accept these home tests using two swab samples. They’ve taken £280 off me and left my family high and dry without a chance of making our flights back to Japan. Customer Service are real punchy and aggressive. Avoid like the plague! Horrible carpetbagging "read the small print" rip-off merchants.

Please don’t use

Please save yourself the stress and anxiety and do not use this company. After failing to send the certificates at the specified time, it was impossible to get in touch with anyone in the company, despite advertised as a 24/7 company. I tried reporting to the bot every hour to their online bot who assured me someone would contact me within the hour, yet I had no contact all night. I then started checking reviews with people who all had similar issues. I wish I’d read those first.

I then went to the centre and the receptionist was able to get in touch with someone where they lied and said they’d sent the results at 10pm the night before. They hadn’t. They then told her that they’d resend in 10 mins. Then she said they needed to send it to an alternative address as they couldn’t send it to my hotmail for some reason but I’d received all their other emails. I have an alternative and email and was told to wait 10 mins again. Why would it take so long to resend an email? Because that’s when they were writing it, that’s why! I’ve complained but still not heard anything and I’m not sure I will as they’re such an unprofessional company.

Avoid assured screening / Honeyman group

I selected this company (AssuredScreening.com) for a 2 day test after returning from France. Unfortunately the Royal Mail still yet haven’t returned the screening test using the tracked 24 hour prepaid mail and it still sits in a mail centre. I have tried several times to email this company and tried ringing but nobody will answer or reply to the emails. I want them to raise a claim with Royal Mail to reclaim my £55 for lost item. It would have been nice to get an acknowledgment from the company as they know they haven’t received the test back so they can chase and get the results or the refund but it seems they now have my money and don’t care. One unreliable company using another unreliable company with no effort to resolve poor customer support. Avoid

Day 2 test missing chemical solution vial: useless

Test from Assuredscreening via the Honeymangroup.

Day 2 test missing vial with chemical solution - the most important part of the kit. Meant the kit was useless.

They say each kit is quality checked...

After various comms, I received a replacement kit around week after it was needed.

Imagine if timing was critical?

Following my return from France.

I returned from my trip to France a week last Wednesday received my PCR test and posted it to Honeyman on the Friday, a week ago today. I've heard nothing. I could have infected many people in my home town which therefore makes a mockery of the Gov. ordered test which, is presumably intended to ensure safety from Covid. No, of course not, it's just a money spinner. They advertised that the test would cost £45 but, of course, by the time it was processed it was £55 - £5 of which was for postage. I want my money back.

I ordered two day 2 tests for myself…

I ordered two day 2 tests for myself and my husband. I contacted them when they didn’t arrive to be told that the august bank holiday was affecting the service and then that dpd was at fault. Asked for a refund but was refused as ‘tests are a legal requirement’ (Yes a legal requirement to be done on or before day 2) so re dispatched and eventually our tests arrived on day four. We returned tests on 2nd September via Royal Mail tracked and so far have had no response as to wether they’ve even received them let alone a result. We’ve now been back from our holiday for exactly one week. Poor and pointless service.

Avoid this company like the plague!

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered two 2-Day PCR covid test kits from Assured Screening which is a subsidiary of this company before we went on holiday to Germany and paid £110 and we received them the day after we got back, as promised, - that was the good bit, it was downhill from there! We used the kits and then tried to activate them online but their website wouldn't accept the barcode identifier that came with each kit so now we have two used kits that are totally useless. I looked at their website and no telephone number was listed for them and no means to contact them. I then went onto the website of their parent company, The Honeyman Group, and again, no means to contact them except for a recorded message which was worse than bad! I did a bit more digging and then found the email address of the Chairman, Mr Trevor Honeyman, and sent him a message outlining the problem - no response! I then tried their chat line - no response! I then sent an email to their CEO, Mr Thomas Honeyman - no response! They are very quick to take your money but if anything goes wrong FORGET IT!! They have the worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life and up to now it has fortunately been quite a long one; you can't get through to them, they do not even acknowledge complaints and you get the feeling that customers are to be treated like a complete nuisance and totally ignored once they have got your money! Avoid this company like the plague!! My next step is to contact the Care Quality Commission, and anybody else I can talk to in order to have this cowboy company shut down, or at least have their wrists slapped and told to get their customer service sorted out!! PS: I don't know who has been writing all the wonderful 5 star reviews on assuredscreening.com here on TrustPilot but if you really want to know what people think go onto assuredscreening.co.uk here on TP.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING YOUR COVID…n

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING YOUR COVID TESTS FROM HERE. Charged me 3 when bought 2. Tests were delivered days later when we needed them. Emails are replied 48hrs later. Can't give them a call. Had to drive 5hrs back to get my tests and 1 was smashed. Sent another one to wrong address. 8 days later I did NOT receive my result. Ver inefficient, Incompetent, unreliable, insecure, and all the negative adjectives that exists in the whole dictionary.

Ordered 2

Ordered 2, 2 day tests in July with plenty of notice to be sent on our arrival back in UK on 8.8. I got a email on 8.8 to say they would ship on 9.8, a day late but that did not happen. We were due to take our tests on 10.8. they eventually arrived on 11.8 a day late. Dread to think what other issues we will have. There is no way to speak or chat to anyone. The chat exists bitnnonone answers or the phone. Really bad considering howmuch we are paying.

Avoid at all costs. I'd never order a home test again. Thought it would be straight forward and easy but the delay has made the whole thing quite stressful.

Rubbish customer support

Rubbish customer support. I had a 24hr test that needed retaking, so missed my flight. The worst part is their poor customer service, you can only access via email, slow to respond and very inconsistent with their responses. After many emails i did get some refund but it was a poor experience and I won't be using again.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. Impossible to reach anyone, not on the website (forms and chat are not working), not on the phone. Honeyman and their Covid Testing company Assured Screening are rubbish. My Day 8 test results arrived 2 days late i.e. I had to quarantine for 12 days instead of 10 days. Stay away, they are a pain. I wanted my money back but no reply from the company. I will complain further, this is not acceptable.

I bought 2 test kits

I bought 2 test kits. There is an understanding that thinks business follow-up is just virtual follow-up. They say that test kits that are not delivered to me cannot be paid at my request.

Avoid no communication I ordered the…

Avoid no communication I ordered the wrong test as I had two in my basket and tried to stop it as soon as I bought it, you can’t ring no one answers the chat line, so it arrived tried sending it back in the came back but post office won’t take them, so eventually after days of trying I was told I would get £25 taken off my refund as test was rendered spoiled,if they had put the returns envelope in the bag separately I would have had no contact with the contents but guess what it was in the box, big con artists making money off a pandemic, also trying to find out of several different people on how to get it back left me ready to spontaneously combust rubbish company and still no refund 🤬
