Very poor quality, spent $70 on a locket that is almost impossible to open and the picture doesn’t fit at all.

Their website is wonderful however their customer review is horrible. They do not respond to their emails whatsoever. Also, the image doesn’t even fit the locket. You can tell they put in half effort in it. Better places to order from.

Ordered a necklace on Christmas and still waiting for it to come in the mail. Says it’s been in Florida for 2 weeks. No updates.

Locket is stainless steel plated gold. It’s not made well at all- complete s***in fact. One of the photos fell out too. Unreal. Don’t buy from them.

I am absolutely FURIOUS I spend 80+ dollars on a necklace I expect some effort put into my order instead I receive a HORRIBLY made locket with photos that look like a 5-year-old cut them out during an art and crafts activity and on top of all of that I receive it over two weeks after Christmas when I had ordered it two weeks before Christmas I am so unbelievably angry with honey lock.

I’ve always wanted a locket and I’ve just never done it my boyfriend let me order one for Christmas and I was so excited, my order was placed the 18th and it’s now the 29th and I can still look and see that’s it not been shipped this better be the best locket in the world is all I’m saying I understand COVID is going on but I emailed them and asked them if it was going to take a ridiculous amount of time before ordering it.

I had an issue with my first order and they got back to me within 24 hrs and they were very understanding of my concerns. And yes I returned it and they gave me store credit and I changed my entire order to, two custom lock chains a silver and gold one and my gf is in love with her necklace. And I am also in love with my gold one which matches my other latest addition.

Absolutely awful customer service! I ordered a custom locket for my girlfriend for Christmas, and they sent me a locket with a picture of someone else in it! Then, when I requested a refund, they told me that custom items are not refundable, and I can have store credit. Christmas is in 4 days! Why would I reorder something that won’t even be here before New Years?! They are very thoughtless and unwilling to accept blame. Also, the quality is absolutely awful, you are better off buying a $15 locket on amazon.

Definitely worth it, so go purchase something. My bestfriend loves her locket I got for her.
