I have been using Honeygain for years. Today (May 31, 2026), I requested my second payout of $20. The dashboard says "Action Needed" on Tipalti. However, when I try to log in to Tipalti with my correct credentials and correct security answer, it says "Your account is locked. Please contact honeygaincom."
I have already sent dozens of tickets and emails to BOTH Honeygain and Tipalti support, and nobody solves my problem or replies properly. My emails are not reaching them. This is an absolute shame to lock a loyal user's money after years of collecting points. Unlock my Tipalti portal!

EXPOSING THE LIES: Fake Replies from Honeygain, Payout Still 0 INR!
Horrible experience with Honeygain! I have been using this app for the past 10 months, and when it came to my hard-earned payout (around $20, which became $17.72 after their hefty 15% fee), they completely froze my money. I have received 0 INR so far.
I have already completed and submitted their Tipalti payout form THREE TIMES on these exact dates: March 5, April 6, and now it has been 5 days since my last submission on May 12. Every single time, my details were 100% correct. Yet, Honeygain keeps ignoring my payments and making excuses.
They sent me an email asking "All working now?" just for show, but nothing is working! This is highly unfair treatment of a loyal user. I am uploading this review to warn everyone. Do NOT trust them until they release my payment.

Let me make this public clear: I have official confirmation from PayPal that my account under the name FARZAN AHMED with emails mohammedfarjan291 [at] gmail [dot] com and fklover7860 [at] gmail [dot] com is 100% active and fully verified for global transactions.
Stop playing these support games and stop replying with automated scripts just to clear your Trustpilot rating. If you want this 1-star review changed, stop making excuses, bypass your broken Tipalti system, and manually credit my $17.72 into my verified PayPal account TODAY.

Here is what happened on our end: your initial payout was rejected by the payment processor. When this occurs, our system automatically sends the you an email with instructions to review and contact support to resubmit your payout. This is a standard step required by the payment processor - it is not something we can bypass manually.
We also want to address the support tickets: when multiple tickets are submitted for the same issue, our spam detection may group or delay responses. You are notified of this when creating a ticket, and we apologize if this added to the confusion.
As for the current status, in our last reply to you on May 19th, we informed you that your payment had been resubmitted. We did not receive a response from you after that message. The payment is currently in progress.
Please allow some time for it to be processed, and do let us know if anything changes or if you need further assistance.
