THEY TAKE FOREVER TO PROCESS DOCX AND COLLECT A FEE AHEAD OF TIME JUST TO TELL YOU YOU AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER HAVE TO DO ALL THE LEG WORK TO GET PEOPLE FOR MARKETING YOUR CAMPAIGN. I have been trying to contact this company for 9 months in order to pay back a loan. They never reply to emails . I did get through on the phone once and was told to email

Never thought it would be this hard to give away money

Still waiting for my refund after nearly 5 years!!!!!

Awful company!! If I could give them zero I would. Customer service is poor and they don't know what they are talking about. Went on a payment holiday they still took money. I agreed a new repayment to clear loan in the same time, however the information provided over the phone was wrong and I needed to pay more. I made a complaint and they confirmed I was given wrong information but did not admit liability. This has been referred to the Financial Services Obudsman. Hopefully they will get an outcome. Never ever use this company. The FCA should investigate them.

British Gas put this company forward for a new boiler, straight forward form filled out, answer within the hour. Very convenient.

Disgustingly rude customer service member. I struggled to get my details correct because of my disability and I was treated like a criminal. Constantly spoken down to and humiliated. Stay away!

They deducted too much money from my account and they are not paying back, regardless of the fact that they have my account details. They call you and asking account details which they have, either unhelpful system or trying not to give back the money they overdeducted.

Ongoing complaint for over 1 year with them, lack of ability to communicate or make a decision on an ongoing case.

Feel sorry for the customer service advisors having to deal with all the complaints.

Awful company.

An absolute disaster of a lending firm. I’m very much surprised how the FCA still allows this firm to operate. They asked for documents to consider an application of mine. Before I send them the correct information I received an email stating that my application was rejected. Completely unfair treatment to customers.

The call handlers (spoke to three different ones) where probably high school students based on the communication skills.

I would avoid them like the plague.

Like the other people in here I’m surprised that British Gas has elected to work with them to provide finance to customers.

Being such a bad company surprised that British Gas Centrica use this company to finance there customers replacement boilers .Shame on British Gas

I have a debt management plan going on where all my creditors have helped out all apart from Honeycomb. The payment I make to honeycomb is what the debt management plan set so I can’t change that off the money that gets paid to honeycomb half gets cleared from the debt and the other have gets interest charged. So I only clear half of the payment per month from my debt.
I was told it is in the small print on the documents I signed that they behave like this and would never have used them if I had known at the time they would be so unhelpful

I had bad experience with them. Paid off my loan and they refused to matched my payment to my account. For over 2 months, I am still writing and calling them and their response is we are working with the relevant team and will get back to you soon. I will never encourage anyone to use their services.

Speedy process. Efficient customer service . Never had a problem with this company.

Horrific company, I have been left in pain after a failed dental treatment financed through Honeycomb Finance, I have waited 56 days for them to complete their investigation, to be told they have not come to a decision!! I have been lied to along the way as well. Please do not raise funds through this company, as they will not help you, as they are bound by law to do. I wouldn't mind but they are in breach of contract to boot and still taking my loan payments every month. Joke of a company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took more money than they should have done. Illegal and theft.

Took them to the financial ombudsman to get them closed as apparently they do this a lot hoping people don’t notice.

MY husband & I was put on to Honeycomb finance by a very well known company but unfortunately it did not work out for us they would not deal with our request it was a fairly small amount we wanted.
NEVER EVER have we been in dept this was such a shock to us.
We are mortgage clear & do not owe anyone money so as you can imagine it hurt very much more to the point extremely embarrassed.
We are o.k. now our bank helped the very NEXT DAY & BINGO

Useless, rude, and slow. Avoid. All they did was add delay and damage my credit rating.

Totally mis sold from start to finish, this company will ask you for everything including software to hook up to your private bank accounts. I was called after supplying countless information, accepted the loan signed the documents then declined a week later LOL..... Absolute Joke... I shall be sending my findings to the FCA. This also leaves a shadow on your credit file. Needless to say I shall simply use personal funds and they lose their high interest. Terrible Service...... You have been warned.

Do not deal with these brainless idiots, my son took out a loan for car parts, it was ducplicated by dealer, we sent part back, suddenly they can’t get hold of him, endless threatening letters in post, written to them time after time, no reply, now conplained to financial ombudsman

Emails ignored. Correspondence not responded to.

2 months of waiting for a substantial refund

Bang on target for taking payments......... despite a months notice of an adjustment..... no adjustment made....... no refund received

No direct number. Costs every time a phone call made. "Advisor" will get back in touch when resolved. After 2 months !!!!!!! took the money and not bothered to refund or correspond regarding my account
