Terrible customer service, very slow shipping, promises not kept and LIES! This company is fake. What they say they represent on their website is all false. This is a cheap distribution center that churns out low quality Chinese products with very little regard for quality or service. My order took over 7 WEEKS to arrive (over double what they quote), and then arrived DAMAGED! I have written OVER 25 EMAILS! When I asked for the order to be replaced, they said they couldn't honor their own policy, then they said they could give me store credit, then a week later they said they COULDN'T give me store credit. Now they say they've sent a replacement, but it has been OVER A MONTH and no tracking info is available, no replacement received. It's a scam!

Did not tell up front that the orders come from China and take 4 to 6 weeks had I known this I would not have ordered. I am wintering in FL and soon leaving to head back north which means I have to have neighbor check on arrival of package here and reship to me north costing more money. Also digging deeper into thee company I have read more and more bad reviews about the shoes.

My package has been "on the way" for a month now. i contacted Fed ex and they said that they havent receive it and i would have to contact the seller. I emailed the seller and I havent gotten any response. Its a joke that companies like facebook and instagram still allow this company to continue to advertise even though they don't actually sell anything.

If you buy something from this store you deserve the theft. You will be waiting months and still not get your order. Weigh the reviews and you will figure out they are posting good reviews to lure you in. Their phone number is inoperable so they dont have to talk to you. Be smart and buy from an outlet.... Not the company itself. Steer clear and save your money.

Sadly I didnt look at the reviews before ordering, realized something was wrong a few days later kept checking for updates on the email, and website after 3 days of no new info I checked out the reviews gonna call my bank and force a refund, did get an email from the "best customer service ppl" told me even tho the item has not shipped or a fake liable was made, that I can not get a refund, but if I send them the shoe back I can.. like wut lol anyway its probably a scam, sad that Facebook ad had this crap pop up and me being a sucker for some shoes that had promise.

Yes seems I was scammed too, Bogus fedex shipping. Customer service line is a recording of FAQ. Joke. We'll see. I'll change my rating if they ever respond to my email or I receive the the items.

If I could it would be minus stars. Totally a scam, they will take your money, print a shipping label to give you a tracking number but never send the product. I have tried to contact them with no luck, but have reported them with several agencies.

I ordered my son some of these shoes. It's been over a month now, and they still haven't shipped them. I emailed them asking for a refund , and they just said they was fixing to ship them. If I would have known it was going to take this long I never would have ordered them. The website said 5-7 days. Like I said it's been a month , and they still haven't shipped them yet.

I ordered a pair of the indestructible shoes.. 2 weeks go by finally receive tracking number through email.. another 2 weeks go by and they never ship.. I'm at a month and a half now with no response from them. DO NOT USE unless you just want to blow your money. I will update this if I ever receive them

They email a confirmation that the product has been shipped with a tracking number but if you try to track it indicates only the label was made but no product being shipped very dissatisfied with the service. Have sent numerous emails trying to get a response with no response back. Would like the product I ordered and a response or a credit back on my credit card for this purchase. The phone number even says "no longer in service"

Hope all are doing well.

After a bunch of emails back and forth I still have no result. I ordered 2 pairs of Undesteuctable shoes from this website. It's been way past their promise date and past the time frame promoted on their website and still they do not have a delivery date. I asked them for a refund and now are refusing to give me a refund, instead they want to give me store credit for the same amount at their store. Why would I buy anything else there if they cant even keep their word on the original product. I made the mistake in not reading their reviews before purchasing. They are horrible. It's always excuse after excuse with them. I'm out the money and product. I urge everyone to do your research on rhis company before buying from them you wont regret it trust me.

If you could leave no stars i definitely would. I ordered a pair of there shoes and literally not even 3 months in the soles have holes in them and the bottom of the shoes have holes in them as well. I sent pictures and emailed them and they basically said they weren’t going to do anything about it. I spent almost $100 on these shoes that i though were good quiality which is a lie. Do not order from here they are horrible. Not worth your money they do not care about there customers or there product.

So the people reviewing this firm and largely employees of the firm.

The actual customers of the firm are the ones posting bad reviews.

Trustpilot need to review how they give credence to reviews.

Whatever you do, don’t use this company.

Happily the worst I have ever used....and I’ve used some **** ones.
