Items have not arrived
Ordered on 12 Dec and would have thought I would have received it by now. They were meant to be presents for friends and family when we leave to visit overseas. The lip balms are fabulous
The lip balms are fabulous , looks so cute just as shown , normally I have issues with some balms making my lips sting , but these don’t at all they are so soothing and lovely and taste so good as well , was a bit longer for shipping but it was over Xmas so that was to be expected , they let me know all the way through the tracking numbers to follow , so was very happy with that also , everyone will get a lovely late Xmas present , love them and will order some more when needed

Quality Lip Balms, Good Customer Service
Tracking advised it was delivered when it wasnt, but this was dealt with so professionally, excellent customer service because when i enquired they responded quickly and with alot of tracking information for my order that gave me reassurance. Product arrived, is excellent quality and just as cute as you would expect!

I was a bit worried after purchasing and then reading negative reviews that people never received their order. Buy I received it and I'm very happy. It probably took longer that nor al to ship due to being christmas, so I'm not going to write negatively on that as that is out of their control.

Never received my order... extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 x sets of balms on the 2nd of December 2024, and never received them. I contacted the company several times throughout December and got no response. So disappointing at the customer service and lack of care for their customers.

Loved the jars that they come in!
Loved the jars that they come in!! Was also very happy that my order was shipped & delivered in a timely manner.
I was expecting the balm to be thicker & wasn’t personally keen on the colouring left on my lips, but the person I gifted one jar to really liked it, so it essentially comes down to individual personal preferences. It’s a really nice, unique small gift idea, though.
