I’ve spoken to them a few times when I have screwed up my eSIM installation and they have been very helpful, can’t fault their service at all.

The agent was clear and gave easy to follow instructions to fix my issue

Not a good experience for me... in Africa...downloaded esim but had huge difficulties installing it... 2 sets of conflicting guidance... went round in circles for about 2hrs before I give up for the night... tried again in the morning for another hr without success... reached out for help... AI assistant mostly helpful to be fair but couldn't go any further when it instructed me to turn off some toggles including wifi and let it know... turning off WiFi meant i could no longer respond and let it know... got put through to a person who was friendly but not much help... maybe your phone is not esim compatible he said... checked the compatibility against their list... given that we are talking esim you would exoect the list they have to be accurate... unfortunately not so... my phone was not on their list but not compatible... they let me know they have now added my phone to their list... i'm glad that my frustrating 3hrs going around in circles has saved them a job... well done me! Popped to a sim shop who fitted a sim for £2 more... nice chat with staff too.. will only ever get a physical sim in the future

App and set up was easy to use and the instructions were clear, when querying network connectivity issues, David contacted me straight away and diagnosed and rectified all problems swiftly without issue.

Honest has the best customer service of all phone companies I’ve encountered. Today Leah helped me transfer to a new phone and picked up my query in minutes and was so responsive it was all solved before work! Thank you :)

I had quite a complicated issue today, which took a while to sort. Katie, who dealt with me was fantastic throughout the process. She was very communicative, keeping me informed throughout. Her after care was also top notch. She is a massive credit to Honest Mobile, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a mobile provider.

I had a query with my new Honest Smart Sim and as the bot couldn’t help it passed me onto David who quickly resolved the problem and also answered a couple of other questions I had as I’m not very techy. Now to test it in action!!

Surberb customer services. Prompt and accurate information and handing of requests.

Sadly didn't work for me. I seem to have found a location that had no data connectivity at all, so no amount of alternating between carriers gave me any connectivity and cancelled the sim.
Cannot fault customer services though. Superb support.
All in all though I found the SIM tricky to set up. Someone with limited tech knowledge will struggle, so get help if that's you. Although customer services did help too.
