David Mcdavid Honda of Irving Reviews 

Worst customer service by the finance guy at the Frisco location. Extremely rude and lack of professionalism. I will not be doing business with them

I was attempting to purchase a vehicle here at this dealership, and thankfully I did not and instead went to David McDavid of Frisco. The gentleman I was working with by the name of Cesar did not listen to a thing I said. I let
him know from the beginning that I had already been pre approved through capital one and I DO NOT want to go through anybody but capital one for my auto financing since they already have all of my credit information and they have verified everything they needed to in order to process my auto loan. To make a long story short I had two inquiries on my credit report prior to contacting this dealership and now I have 9 total in which this man Cesar proceeded to pull my credit with 7 different companies without my permission. I am requesting that he removes all of the inquiries he put on my report since he did so without my permission. He also text me asking me if I was going to David McDavid of Frisco since they had called asking about my approval, saying that he worked hard to close my deal. No
he did not because the only company I ended up getting approved for was CAPITAL ONE which I told him to utilize from the beginning. Do not go to this dealership if you want to go through having your credit ran without your permission to different companies because as Cesar put it “they do not get incentives unless financed through
Honda” and dealing with having to remove inquiries off your report. I ended
up going with the other dealership because I felt uncomfortable and disappointed with the fact that they did not listen to me about pulling my report with different companies when I stated I did not want my credit ran multiple times since I have been working with capital one already!
